I have been here at the hostel for a week. The service is very nice and they help where they can. I had a room change without problems and these are clean and relatively quietly located to a side street. The bakery faces one in the morning with the smell of fresh bread ;) However, no loud supply. Breakfast is nice, marmelade, honey, some vegetables and tea, water or coffee. It is worth mentioning that the staff members clean every day. Only in the bathroom is a hook to hang up and protect his stuff and cultural bags from wet :D

As a solo traveeler location is everything tp explore a night or two in old city. Just 3-4 mins walking to Topkapi & Hagia sophia/Blue mosque Lovely hidden entrace to cut off the hectic street (which is very nice for having privacy in touristy area) Nice room, clean, friendly & helpful staff Well decorated in ottoman style, I love it.

Having read bad reviews, I expected the worst, but the hotel surprised me. Yes, it's the city three, but the room was better than the Egyptian Quartet! I had a standard number (take better than it), I asked for a room with a balcony, I was given it, but said that maybe a few days later I would have to change it as it was booked, but so I was all the time in it and lived. A lot of things have been written about cleaning and that it is said not. My number was cleaned every day! Changed towel, brought toilet paper. Staff is very kind and friendly. Breakfasts are, of course, as much to yourself as anywhere, but for me even on ”all included” breakfasts are uniform. A convenient location. Over the day so tired that I slept even on the sounds of prayer from neighboring mosques. What do you want? So in every house. The door opens with a card. There is a heat air conditioner in the room because in Turkish houses outside the summer is cold. Take warm clothes with you. If you go from the hotel down, towards the Marble Sea, there will be a lot of delicious cafes and cheap, unlike those closer to the area. Everything in 5-7 minutes walk. Many shops, but pharmacy is practically not. In fact I was arranged. The room was better than I thought. I won't get to the trick type of hole on the sheet/twitter. The hotel has a cat with cats. It's very nice! I wish I could come to this city again!

It's almost close to everything. Room looks exactly like the pictures. Service very nice. Everything was actually great, except that the room was on the street side and you could hear a bit of traffic noise in the morning, but it wasn't a problem. Everything was good.. It's plenty for people who don't stay in the room all the time..

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

the reception staff was exceptional especially Tunc, as for the housekeeping i believe they are not as professional as they should be since our kettle was full of nescafe when we checked in. luckily Tunc was kind and made sure we got a clean one :)

Perfect location in the old town of Sultanahmet. To the main attractions Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace you walk in 10/15 minute. Down to the seaside with a park and a walkway along the shore in 7 minutes. This small hotel is in a narrow sidestreet with little traffic. Rooms are a bit small buit nicely furnished and they are clean. Some with balcony facing the sea or terrace. Double glas windows to prevent the noise of the main steet below the hotel which is on the hillside. Good breakfast with a great variety and excellent view on the roof top. Keep in mind that this is the main tourist area of Istanbul where everything is expensive. There are many Restaurants in this place but you hardly find a breakfast for less than 10 Dollars. So all in all the Seatanbul is very good value for money. Mr. Kayhan at the reception speaks perfct english and is a very friendly and helpfull man. I highly can recommend this place.

I stayed there for a few weeks and everything was excellent! Although the furniture is a bit worn out, the overall impression is nice, as they try to keep the rooms clean and there's no bad smell or mildew in the bathrooms. The staff at the Arven Boutique Hotel is always helpful and courteous!- they made me feel at home. I love the area so much! - there are many shops and cafes where you can buy inexpensive food and there's a street market with fresh veggies. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

From getting a bottle of water in the middle of the night to personal touches like waiters remembering my omelette preferences after just one day - every detail was noticed and appreciated. I must give special mentions to Ercan at the restaurant and Ilknur at the front desk. Their outstanding service and personal attention significantly enhanced my stay. Their professionalism and kindness reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Coming from someone who travels significantly and has stayed in several fantastic properties across the world, I can confidently say that Mula is right up at the top, and a rarity among hotels. In conclusion, Mula Hotel is more than just a place to stay; it’s a destination that offers a memorable experience. Whether it’s the prime location, the beautiful rooms, the delicious food, or the unparalleled service, this hotel ticks all the boxes for an exceptional stay in Istanbul. We stayed at the glk home suites for 5 days. The location is close to everything just the hill to walk up to the main blue mosque square was a killer but well worth it. THE MAIN GUY AT RECEPTIONIST IS THE BEST ! I don’t even know his name but so helpful and honestly the best I’ve ever meet to help with everything. The breakfast is ok I won’t say it’s a 5 star hotel breakfast though it was the same things everyday (no fried eggs) only scrambled or boiled no cucumber so I won’t rate the breakfast highly but it’s ok to keep you going. Our room was small not to big but we was still ok with it the bath is not exactly big so if your skinny and short perfect tall and big built your legs will hang out on top :) CLEANERS EVERYDAY EVEN SUNDAY they did a fantastic job thank you.. the main thing is anything you buy in the hotel you pay more for including Turkish coffee came to about 45tl each 3 euros when outside just on the corner of the hotel you could have it for 25tl that was the only downside it’s very expensive inside the hotel. All together we had a great time there was some negative parts like breakfast been same things missing. Bath been very small rooms small a bit but other then that it was a great stay.. I don’t think I’ll ever stay there again because of that hill walk to go up was very steep if you have a pushchair or wheel chair it is very hard. The hotel offers pcr test for 200tl each person you could have it done around the corner for 119tl per person. One more positive note I ordered things online which was delivered to the hotel they always collected it for me not every hotel will except this thank you. We enjoyed our stay thank you GLK especially main guy at reception if we do ever come up it will be because of your great hospitality thank you guys …
