I've stayed here every summer for the past 4 years. The hotel is, conveniently located to various area attractions, including the National Comedy Center and the Lucille Ball Museum. It's always clean, quiet, and the rooms are perfect. Staff is always friendly and readily answers questions about the area. HOWEVER, if you rely on internet access for anything, avoid this place. The Wi-Fi is so slow as to be unusable. I work while I travel, and need access to faster speeds than offered at this location. McDonald's offers faster internet, for free.

After I made a mistake while booking at Seneca Niagara, my spouse booked two nights at Seneca Allegany. It was all a last minute and unplanned reservation. (note: we did keep the reservation at Seneca Niagara, and traveled there after checking out at Allegany. Staying at both venues made the vacation more special. I recommend.) Wow, we had a wonderful stay. Seneca Allegany was so beautiful. Many new slots since our last visit, several years ago. Our room was gorgeous and very clean. Everything looked brand new. We have zero complaints: the Seneca Café served good food, the slots were not super tight (we got many hours of play), the venue was very clean, the shop at the LOGO shop had wonderful items at reasonable prices. We loved it so much, that we are planning a return trip in the very near future. As we departed, it was so nice to continue to Seneca Niagara where the fun continued. Of all the tribal ******s, the Senecas have always been the most welcoming and generous to regular players. We really enjoyed every minute of our recent stay.

Very nice hotel, the shuttle service to the Casino was especially nice. The only bad part was the noise from some kind of pump, either a Hot Tub or Pool that kept going on and off every two minutes during the entire night. I think it needs attention.
