"This has been by far, the most horrendous hotel experience in my over 50 years of traveling around the world. From the attitude of the clerks at the front desk of the hotel, to the failure of the emergency generator once the electricity was off (leaving me totally naked, soapy and shivering for about half hour in the shower), to about the failure to change the linens in the bedroom because the maid had an "emergency", to the dirty pool and cockroaches jumping all over the place when opening the bedside table in the bedroom, this place should be catalogued as the "hell on earth" hotel. I would not even dared to go to the restaurant of the hotel, thinking that if the conditions of the place was as described, I tremble to see the condition and cleanliness of the restaurant kitchen. Whatever you do, stay away from this US$250.00 a day nightmare."
