That is located in the middle of city centre. Really good location! Just one thing, when I booked the hotel, I left the comment regarding I would take my boyfriend who is an English and it was his first time to visit Jeju, so I requested to allocate a good room. But when we got a room key and when we went into the room, the door was opened and our room was not cleaned. I could see a few cigarettes on the floor as well. I was with the concierge and he also saw them and he looked quite freaked out. So he rang the reception straight away and showed us to another room. Anyway the new room was good and ac was working well. The bed was comfy. Just I am a bit disappointed about the cleaning service. As me and my boyfriend were really excited to stay there due to the good reviews.

It is a place I often go to recently on business trips. When I came in December, Chris Mastree was also made in the lobby. ㅎㅎㅎ The airport is close and the city center is so good. The front desk staff are so friendly and especially the female staff are very friendly ㅎㅎ A little I checked late, so please contact me in advance and check if the schedule has changed. I will use it next time.

Very central location in Jeju City and the room was amazing! One of those hotels who managed to impress you with the uncanny resemblance to the stock photos. Truly luxurious and will no doubt return to stay for my next Jeju trip

Great location, comfortable stay and has a lot of parking space. Lots of shopping and eateries nearby and it’s also close to airport. The building and furniture are a little old showing signs of wear and tear but room was clean and well kept. Staff were not too friendly when asked for an earlier check in or for recommendations on places to eat nearby. When asked for a quiet room, they gave me a room right next to a massive construction site (see photo) which is an eyesore. So I asked for a change of rooms and staff accommodated. Generally in line with expectations of a Shilla Stay Hotel and will come back due to its location.

The flight was at 7 o'clock in the morning... I didn't want to spend too much money, so I chose a cheap one... It was really unexpected. The room was very clean... and very new... The Grand Hyatt is a relatively large hotel in Jeju City. The overall experience of my stay this time was pretty good. The rooms are large, the floors are high, and the view is very good. I really want to take a dip in the hotel's outdoor hot spring pool, but we are too lazy to just take a look. There was a crowd in the hotel and there were not many people. The location is okay. There are several large supermarkets next to it. It is more than ten minutes away from Lotte Duty Free and Shilla. It is very convenient. Unfortunately, we only slept in the hotel when we left early and returned late [face covering]. There were no guests waiting to rest in the hotel lobby. As for seats, if you want to sit for a while after checking out before going to the airport, you can only go to the paid area and hotel lounge. If it is improved, the experience will be better.

We were suppose to leave on a Friday, but the checkout was not until Saturday. Don’t know why. I tried explaining it to them, but they did not refund me the extra night. They did not have a laundry mat either. The man at the front did help me explain to the taxi driver where we had to go to. Several restaurants, cafés and shops to look at around the hotel.

Facilities: Very complete! Hygiene: Clean, tidy and comfortable! Environment: As shown in the picture, what you see is what you get, very nice! Service: We arrived early. Most hotels and B&Bs in South Korea require check-in after 15:00 local time. The boss provides free luggage storage service, which does not affect our travel. What’s more worth mentioning is that we will wait for us in the evening When I came back, my luggage was already in the room. In short, at this price and location, you can go with confidence!

Something went wrong at the beginning Contact XC customer service immediately Solved quickly The uncle at the reception desk only speaks Korean Very friendly. There was a mistake between the room we booked online and the room type they received. We couldn't understand each other, but he was very anxious to call us and find someone who could speak Chinese to communicate! Pretty good! Overall, the hotel is quite big, the room has a dressing table, and it’s very friendly to ladies! Its location is convenient, shopping and eating are right outside your door! The only drawback is that we booked a twin room with two children, one aged 4 and one 10 years old. On a per capita basis, an additional 10,000 won per night is required.

Location: Good location, in the living circle of New Jeju City. There is a fascinating fake w hotel next to it. The whole street seems to have a lot of shops but they are not very popular. I don't know if it is because of the low season or Jeju is really sluggish. Hotel environment and facilities: Generally speaking, it is good, relatively clean, with slippers (not disposable), toiletries, toothbrush and toothpaste (new ones every day). There is floor heating in the room, and the temperature can be adjusted by yourself. There were not many people when we lived, so it was quiet. There are some Korean guests staying in the hotel Service: The front desk service attitude is good, answer all questions. When I don’t understand Chinese, I will call my aunt who understands Chinese to come down to help translate.
