We booked a stay at this apar**ent and paid in full in July. We arrived in Israel after a long flight from New York, to be told that the apar**ent was no longer available. This is totally unacceptable behavior on the part of the apar**ent owner. And they refuse to refund my money, leaving me to have to file a complaint with my credit card company in order to get my money back. It was a disaster; I’m sorry I ever heard of this apar**ent. Stay far away from this apar**ent.

This property was amazing! Our group of 11 fit comfortably, had a lovely common area to gather in and space to be quiet and alone...the front patio was pleasant in a quiet neighborhood but just a couple blocks walk from the New Gate in the Old City and only a few more blocks to walk either to Damascus Gate to the East or Jaffa Gate to the southwest. And maybe 6 blocks max to Ben Yehudah Street and about the same to the Artists Colony in the other direction. So accessible!
The manager/owner was very easy to communicate with and very gracious. When we had a brief issue with the wifi they were quick to respond and then to check and see if things had improved.
I would highly recommend this home and hope to return in the future.
