"I went for a 5 day business/visiting trip. Staying in the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem is such a delight. This front-desk staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Amir and and Alexei and many others whose names I don't remember went out of their way to make sure my stay was wonderful. In fact, they offered to have me move down from the 8th floor to the first floor for Saturday (because I don't use the elevator on my Shabbat) The breakfast staff is awesome- as is the head of the breakfast ( a very nice man whose name escapes me). The room on the 8th floor was newly renovated and gorgeous- the room on the first floor was perfect for my Shabbat stay. Cozy and perfect. I cannot wait to come back to Jerusalem and the WA is a cherry on the top in being in the most wonderful city in the world."

"We have just come back from a wonderful trip to Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The hotel is new and beautiful in a quiet part of the city. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to old Jerusalem. There is a fantastic restaurant opposite called Talbiye. I'm planning a return trip to Jerusalem in June for work. I won't be staying at this hotel again unfortunately and have identified another hotel for my return trip. The staff was helpful but one, name beginning with H let us down. He messed up a few times. He told us he wanted to work in psychology, and it appeared his head wasn't in the job of hospitality. The hotel messed up with breakfast a few other things including me not getting my wake-up call. My friend got a bottle of wine which I didn't want as it would have been a hassle to bring back and I don't drink enough to finish a bottle in a day. H wasn't thinking like a person in the hotel business. When i said chocolates would be a good alternative, I just got two little chocolates that they put on your pillow anyway. There could have been an offer of a spa treatment or a cocktail at the bar. Also, H said to my friend that 'she is angry with me'. I told him H not to speak about me in front of me as I found it rude. He then said something along the lines of staff will talk about you when you're not here anyway....(so why stay that the Theatron again if that his what staff do?) I asked to speak to the manager the following day, but they weren't available. Me and my friend both agreed that the one member of staff let down an overall lovely experience."

Obaj to definicja profesjonalizmu, są niezwykle uprzejmi, bardzo uważni i głęboko zorientowani na usługi. Ich dedykacja i ciepła gościnność naprawdę wzmacniały moje całkowite pobyt i uczyniły wspaniałe doświadczenie jeszcze bardziej pamiętne. Bardzo szanowali i docenili pana Faragiego i pana Assada za ich przykładową pracę!"

"i booked this hotel because they offer SPA and POOL i called few days before to book spa treatment fno one got back tome when i arrived at the hotel i was told that the hotel doed not offer spa tretemtn any longer -- but it is still on their web site even now -- i wanted to fo the pool on the web site they say pool i sopen until 18:00 -- i have checked in at 16:50 i was told that they have changed it until 17:00 -- still in their web site it is 18:00---so there was nothing to do to enjoy the hotel , for breakfast they do not have any option fo salads -- only option for 3 kind of eggs that comes with a salads as a side dish , the staff at the hotel especially ADEL at the desk are Friedly helpful and more.."

View is in front of residence and people can see you. Because the glass of the balcony is transparent . "The hotel is small, but very convenient both in location and in terms of accommodations. It's four stops from Jerusalem Train Station on bus #18. The Old City is a 7-10-minute walk away, and Jaffa Street with its cafes and shops is a minute away. The rooms are small, and some even offer capsules, but we had a triple room with a bunk bed. The downstairs bed wasn't really a bed—it was a fold-out sofa that had seen better days. In front of it was a large TV with YouTube. We watched it lying down, without folding the sofa, because we were afraid we wouldn't be able to unfold it for sleeping. Since the hotel is located in the basement, our window was small and dirty, purely for ventilation. The room has air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a fan, a TV, another sofa, a low table, a bathroom with a shower, and several lighting options. Water from the shower leaks heavily onto the bathroom floor, so be careful! There's no closet, just a coat rack, so it's difficult to organize your things, but we managed. The hotel has a kitchen with a microwave, stove, hot and cold water dispenser, tables, and chairs—a bit cramped, but comfortable. There's a gym downstairs. There's also a small outdoor area with tables and chairs. It's cozy, with lots of modern art. Towels are exchanged upon request. Recommended for travelers who prefer the outdoors to the inside."

"We were greeted so warmly and appreciated the tea and sweets in the lobby. The architecture inside and out was beautiful including the terrace. Our room was comfortable and clean Each breakfast was generous and delicious with appetizers , pastry basket and choice of hot dish. Hotel was a 20 minute walk to old city and steps from shopping on Ben Yehuda. Front desk was very helpful. We can’t wait to return."
