Here's my objective review: **Pros and Highlights:** 1. **Excellent Hygiene:** The rooms and public areas were thoroughly cleaned with no noticeable stains or dust, meeting most travelers' basic expectations for cleanliness. 2. **Comfortable Overall Environment, Unique Courtyard Design:** The hotel features a courtyard layout with lush greenery interspersed with buildings, offering a more relaxed feel compared to typical high-rise hotels. The overall environment is quiet and airy, ideal for guests who appreciate traditional garden styles. 3. **Neat and Business-Oriented Rooms:** The room decor leans towards a simple business style, with a well-arranged desk and power outlets. Items were neatly placed, and the bedding, floors, and bathroom were all very tidy, creating a good first impression. **Main Drawbacks and Complaints:** 1. **Breakfast and Light Meals Are Extremely Unfriendly (Especially for Early Morning Flight Passengers):** * The buffet only starts at 6:00 AM. Many flights from Tianfu International Airport depart around 7:00 AM, meaning passengers need to leave by at least 5:30 AM, making it impossible to catch breakfast. * The 'simple breakfast' provided by the hotel consists only of a box of milk, two pieces of bread, and a braised egg. It's low in nutrition and quantity, and the taste is mediocre, completely inconsistent with the 'Business Tower' positioning. * **Suggestion:** If you have to leave early, it's more reliable to prepare your own snacks in advance. 2. **Poor Service Responsiveness, Essentially 'Invisible':** * Aside from checking in at the front desk, it was difficult to find staff at other times. * Service lacked proactiveness and flexibility, giving the impression of a 'self-service' stay. 3. **Rigid Shuttle Bus Schedule, Every Half Hour:** * The shuttle bus departs strictly every half hour. You're lucky if you catch it; otherwise, you have to take a taxi or wait for the next one. * This inflexible arrangement is highly inconvenient for airport travelers on a tight schedule, and there's no emergency coordination mechanism. 4. **Extremely Poor Air Conditioning, Affecting Basic Rest:** * I personally experienced that the air conditioning 'did nothing all night,' whether for cooling or heating. This is a fatal flaw in summer or winter, severely impacting sleep quality. 5. **Prominent Safety Hazard, Elevator Lacks Key Card Access:** * The elevator doesn't require a key card to access any floor, meaning non-guests can freely reach the guest room areas. * For solo business travelers or female guests, this is a very serious security loophole, making it difficult to guarantee property and personal safety."

Negatywny - Trudna komunikacja z ludźmi hotelowymi. 1) Nie znaleźli mojej rezerwacji i zachowywali się jakby nie znali trip.com (?!) choć w samym pokoju hotelowym była reklama na trip.com (lol). 2) Powiedzieli mi również, że pływanie nie było wliczone w moją rezerwację i musiałem zapłacić dodatkowo. Musiałem się dostać do trip.com i na szczęście wszystko zostało posortowane, ponieważ powinno było to być włączone... Wywołać do usługi klienta trip.com, kto rozwiązał to sprawa szybko i profesjonalnie 3) Mam pokój do palenia, choć zarezerwowałem nie palenie. Ale szczerze w tym momencie i z powodu wysokich trudności komunikacji musisz wybrać swoje bitwy. (Myślę, że podsumowane kwestie były spowodowane faktem, że nie znaleźli mojej rezerwacji...) 4) Kiedy chciałem zapytać, gdzie był basen (ponieważ nie mówiąc po angielsku ludzie nie dostaliście informacji na te rzeczy - trzeba się dowiedzieć), niektórzy ludzie przecinali linię, a nawet kiedy po prostu pozwoliłem jej być i czekać Cierpliwości, inna osoba właśnie mnie odsunęła. Ludzie hotelu nic nie zrobili, ale szczerze to był najmniejszy problem. 5) na końcu mojej podróży byli prawdopodobnie tak znudzeni tym obcym (aka ja), że nie byli przyjaźni na wyjazd. - Bardzo źle wifi (możesz sprawdzić swoje e-maile lub korzystać z podstawowych aplikacji, ale sieć jest słabo chroniona)."

Walking into the room, a cozy ambiance enveloped me. The room was meticulously arranged, with thoughtfully placed furniture. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable; lying down felt like being surrounded by clouds. The window offered an expansive view, and with the sunlight streaming in, the entire room felt exceptionally warm. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality. The hot water supply was consistent, making a hot shower perfect for washing away a day's fatigue. The hotel's facilities were also quite comprehensive. The gym equipment was new and varied, and I made sure to work out there daily. And then there's the clean, clear swimming pool – a few laps there were simply delightful."
