The rooms are large, clean and have a sauna to experience the Finnish lifestyle. Breakfast is good and the hotel also serves lunch and dinner. Shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants in the central area are very close and convenient.

On the upper floor wood-heated sauna, shower in steam room and dressing room. Washing machine in the basement. There are also entrance hall, porch and terrace.Lakeside sauna with dressing room, no electricity in the sauna. Water to the sauna is transported in tanks by using a separate trolley. The lakeside sauna is also available in winter. Nice farm-like yard in the middle of the peaceful environment. Wireless 4G internet. There is a cooking hut in the yard and a campfire site by the artificial pond. There is also a playhouse in the yard and two rooms (can be used in summer) in the outbuilding. Distance to the hunting areas on state owned lands is about 2 km. The cabin is surrounded by a terrain, which offers good possibilities for picking berries. Distance to the public swimming beach maintained by the municipality is 5 km. The possibility to organize parties and social evenings in the barn building.Polvijärvi municipality center 19 km, Holiday Centre Huhmari 35 km, Koli 60 km.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is situated between the railway station, the bus station, River Pielisjoki and Park Sirkkalan Puisto. The riverside park is a nice picnic area with tables and benches. There are even fishing possibilities there but notice restriction areas. However, walking distance to the city center and all main attractions is very short. It is also possible to rent Jopo bikes from the hotel. Also electric city scooters are often available in front of the hotel. Our standard room was very nice. We had good beds, an armchair, a big flat-screen television, a self-adjustable air-conditioning system, a ventilation window with an insect net and an empty refrigerator (no minibar). However, the refrigerator was quite loud. Our bathroom was OK but the shower wall was too short. Water came under it and watered the whole bathroom while showering. Breakfast was good. I especially loved local specialties, that is to say Karelian rice pastries and banana-chocolate cake by a local bakery. The breakfast room was so big that there wasn't any congestion there. Park view was very nice. The dinner restaurant of the hotel is good, too. It is also possible to take a drink on the large summer terrace. We didn't test the pampering spa department because there is an admission fee there. Service was very kind in the whole hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, out of the train station, crossing the bridge and walking less than fifteen minutes. There is a bus stop at the door, which is convenient for travel. The rooms are large, clean and have a sauna to experience the Finnish lifestyle. Breakfast is good and the hotel also serves lunch and dinner. Shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants in the central area are very close and convenient.

Own, separate sauna by the shore(wood heated stove). Sub-board for rent from the owner 20 e/day.11kW electric car charging point. Please agree the payment with the ownerPlease inform, do you want bed linen to double bed or to separate beds. Charming log cabin situated by the Pond Pieni-Haukilampi in Tohmajärvi. The closest neighbours are in 250 m distance. The cottage stands on a slope and there are long steps leading to the beach that faces the North (steps might cause some problems for small children). The pond has clear water. The cottage has its own boat, all motor sports are forbidden on the pond. The owner has license marks for fish traps and there are also fishing rods and spinning rods in the cottage. Separate roofed grill hut. The cottage has unique gnarl furnishings, the ground floor has under floor heating. The owner makes 2 km tracks for cross-country skiing if there are enough snow. The owner can borrow 4 bicycles (incl. helmets) and 2 pairs of snowshoes. Shelter 500 m from the cottage.1 km from the cottage clients have access to an ice hole with safety net for swimming by the owner's sauna (also shower).40 km to Mustavaara ski center.Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is situated between the railway station, the bus station, River Pielisjoki and Park Sirkkalan Puisto. The riverside park is a nice picnic area with tables and benches. There are even fishing possibilities there but notice restriction areas. However, walking distance to the city center and all main attractions is very short. It is also possible to rent Jopo bikes from the hotel. Also electric city scooters are often available in front of the hotel. Our standard room was very nice. We had good beds, an armchair, a big flat-screen television, a self-adjustable air-conditioning system, a ventilation window with an insect net and an empty refrigerator (no minibar). However, the refrigerator was quite loud. Our bathroom was OK but the shower wall was too short. Water came under it and watered the whole bathroom while showering. Breakfast was good. I especially loved local specialties, that is to say Karelian rice pastries and banana-chocolate cake by a local bakery. The breakfast room was so big that there wasn't any congestion there. Park view was very nice. The dinner restaurant of the hotel is good, too. It is also possible to take a drink on the large summer terrace. We didn't test the pampering spa department because there is an admission fee there. Service was very kind in the whole hotel.

Großes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Frühstücksbuffet mit karelischen Spezialitäten. Die kann man in aller Ruhe genießen, das Buffet wird nämlich nicht sofort abgeräumt. Besonders am Wochenende weiß das jeder zu schätzen, der mal in einem finnische Hotel um 9.45 Uhr (bei 10 Uhr Frühstücksende) kaum noch was bekam. Gute Lage, zu Fuß sind Bahnhof, Marktplatz und die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen.
