波羅的海海灘酒店非常棒，舒適，靠近海邊，太美了，非常喜歡這裏，整個酒店的環境和服務都很好，超級nice

Overall, our experience was good. The rooms were comfortable, and the SPA zone was enjoyable, with good massage services. The restaurant served delicious meals, and we must highlight the impressive breakfast spread with a wide variety of food options. However, there was a hiccup upon check-out as there was some confusion regarding our pre-paid booking. Despite having paid online before arrival, the hotel was unable to locate the payment, resulting in us paying again upon departure. We think a payment order form should be sufficient from our side if the hotel cannot locate the payment. Thankfully, the issue was resolved, and we were reimbursed for the duplicate payment afterward.

We have often stayed at the Baltic Beach Hotel and are never disappointed! The reception staff was very nice and welcoming, and the room was very clean and had soft bathrobes. We enjoyed going to the spa, especially the Banja ritual, going to the gym, and walking along the beach. The breakfast is delicious and has everything one can wish for. Also, the staff on the top floor (especially the woman who heads the breakfast service) during breakfast are very service-minded.

Amazing location just next to beach and Baltic Sea but generally hotel feels a little bit tired for price what they asking just overpriced all over probably not staying there again even I didn’t have any problems at all ! Went to SPA even evening it was full with kids and very drunk people not pleasant experience

Horribly dirty and old rooms, got an infection with my son after going to the spa. The owners make money and do not improve the quality of service, unfortunately. After our review the hotel did not even react in any way. We were regular guests of the restaurant and often visit Jurmala, but from now on we will avoid this place.

The Baltic Beach Hotel has a very high standard regarding the rooms, SPA and food. We have never been disappointed in our room 612, which has been super tidy, well equipped and perfectly maintained by wonderful lady Raisa! The front desk was very helpful and fulfilled all of our requests! Il Sole restaurang had a very tasty food for good price, the gym is well equipped and very nice place for a workout! Summa summarum: people, stop complaining and enjoy wonderful Baltic Beach Hotel!

Guys, be very careful with this hotel. It’s like you go with time machine 30 years ago. We reserved 4 classic rooms for two nights on Christmas Eve, paid a solid sum, asked for rooms on the upper floor, I spoke to the reservation office to asure, and when we came, we got rooms on the lowest floor, somewhere dark and far away. And when we asked to change, they found no solution. And be sure to get a trip insurance with this hotel. If you get sick, even with Covid, they dont care and dont change the dates. Either you come anyway and spread the disease to everybody, either you loose all the money paid if you dont have the insuranse. This hotel neither cares about you, neither about other guests, just about the money. The hotel can sparkle from the outside, but its system and working methods are as old as they were 30 years ago. For guests relations-an absolute 0. Guys, be very careful and assure every detail if you go.

It’s been a while since we stayed at Baltic Beach. It was, by far, our strangest ever hotel stay. Employees would seem to almost take joy in being cryptic and misleading. Probably the most frustrating moment we had in our five months of international travel involved the overnight front desk woman and nearly missing our flight due to almost comical (in hindsight) incompetence. It feels like this property caters principally to Russians; it’s not up to modern Western standards in most respects and is a terrible value.

Amezing massage got from Sunitha from indian girl. She knews what she doing. Love to come back. Everyone spa is nice. Love to come and get massage again. Love to get more experiance with spa. Good luck spa teams Demy from Sweden
