Price is higher than other countries around but the hotel is new & worth

This was the third visit since last December . It gets better every time. Got an upgrade to a suite. Felt extremely welcome . Staff always anticipating and meeting every wish of mine. Enjoyed the nice sent off in the form of a delicious sweet I will certainly be back. Top marks

I have just enjoyed an excellent pork chops served with mixed veggies and mashed potatoes-served by a super waitress one Teddy who is excellent in treating customer with a lot of warmth in her heart. The view of Kampala city from the pool bar is awesome. Check it out.

The staff at this location provided me with excellent customer service. In particular Gerrard, Andy and Janet in the market place restaurant. They made sure that I enjoyed each and every meal and always greeted me with a smile. I will return for pleasure as soon as I’m able to.

We had a fantastic evening here at kololo bar at the terrace with a hospitable and smiling Emmanuel We had lovely meals with fantastic recommendations from the his great menu. We will definitely come back

It is one of the best hotels available in Kampala without any doubt. It is conveniently placed near all-important locations in the city. The rooms are spotlessly cleaned every day. The lobby area, restaurant and cafe areas have a nice ambience. They also serve some amazing food here, but one thing that sets them apart is their staff. All of their staff, and managers go above and beyond in making sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Their manners are charming and if you raise a concern they are quick to fix it for you, particularly two floor managers Arvind and Sumit. If you are travelling to Kampala, I highly recommend this hotel.

Avoid like the plague - unless noise pollution is your thing. Opposite The Cask restaurant and lounge, where music and a shouting DJ are played at full volume until 5;40 am. Unsuitable for business travelers and probably most other visitors. Unbelievably short sighted to construct a business hotel in such an environment.
