Very basic hotel, shower cap/ dental kit like accessories are not provided and come at a cost. Room service staff needs little soft skill training. Breakfast buffet can be better. Reception staff was good but rooms can have a better look especially bathrooms.

I had the pleasure of experience stay in the hotel. Staffs were friendly and breakfast was good as well specially Nikita who's service was highlight of my stay. Her prompt service is appreciated. Kudos.

Had a great time in the property, the food was great, they have a wide range of cuisines in their menu. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed good mocktails and a wide section of desserts.

Ginger guwahati is my go to hotel whenever I visit guwahati. The staff are very courteous and mindful. Property is clean and well maintained and spacious. Food menu is also now offering good choices compared to my last visit.

Everything is worst.. If u will be here u have to waste your time in ***aging things,, and damaged and tampered furniture will just only give scratches in body and dress. I will rate it 0. Bathroom are very dirty

Room is dirty Cockroaches are roaming around Room sizes are very small Staff is highly uncooperative Hotel is lacking basic necessities Buffet is the worst Overall very bad experience Compared to other Ginger hotels Guwahati hotel is not upto the mark

Stayed in ginger hotel for two days and the hotel was exceptional.It was clean, comfortable,room with excellent service.food was good and great value for money,all the staff were very nice to us....highly recommended
