"We were in this hotel for 2 nights in Jan’26, and I must say that our experience was awesome. We had booked 2 rooms and both the rooms were well equipped. In fact, we were upgraded to a superior room, which made our stay more satisfactory. The food in both the restaurants of the hotel was good and portion size was also adequate. The location of the hotel is great, on walking distance there were many shops, restaurants and malls. The front office staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Navin, he had been very helpful and courteous."

"We stayed at Rajendra Residency Guwahati Assam. The photo and information given about the room shows all the facilities and the price is also high but when we checked we found out that there is nothing other than the room, the AC doesn't work, the bathroom fan doesn't work, there is no room service, we don't even get a tea and I don't know how the front office staff talks to the guest, Mr Upendra's body language is not good, no one should go to this hotel except me, they are very useless"

"The stay was quite comfortable. The best part here was the friendly staff and the delicious vegetarian food. One point to note is that this place is outside the main Gangtok city but is easily reachable by Uber / Ola. The surroundings are green. Rooms are of decent size."
