Fantastic value for money. Our room was really well equiped, with a great view of the lake. The hotel is on the surrounding hill, just a short tuc tuc ride away from the centre of Kandy. The staff where really helpful and friendly. I really recommend it.

The view and the service staff was very nice, but the same is not true of the management. We booked a tripple room for five days. I think an extra bed was put in a double room. The room was very cramped..there was not enough space even for the chair. The room was only cleaned twice, that also when we asked. Even then towels were not changed and be soap or water was not given until we asked. The kitchen was always closed. We had to order food from outside. We were not allowed to eat in the restaurant..so had to eat in the room sitting on the bed. Lastly we were not allowed to stay even a minute longer than their 11 o clock checkout time, even for a fee. Will not recommend the place.

Two night stay as part of an Intrepid tour. One of the better hotels of the holiday, lovely balcony with great views over Kandy. Clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom was spacious with hot water. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Lovely breakfast room (with the odd monkey thrown in). Only gripe was the delay in getting my laundry back. Wished there was a option for good as I would rate it as such. Wished I had more time to explore the area on my own.

We booked 7 rooms for our family. Some of the rooms had bad odor. The hotel staff wasn’t welcoming. They were rude and not friendly at all. Worst experience ever. Not recommended for stay over. Attitude of the management is extremely unfriendly.

Had a lovely 2 night stay here. My room was clean and tidy, with a cute balcony and a beautiful outlook over the town of Kandy. It was a perfect spot to watch the sunset and monkeys play in trees in the distance. The staff were friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was great.

Very helpful and welcoming Staff! We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed it a lot. We had fruit, bred, eggs etc. for Breakfast every morning and got very Good dinner when we ordered at the Hotel. The rooms were nice with enough space for all of us.

This residence is sat on a hill which gives you such a beautiful view overlooking Kandy city and the mountains in the distance. The bathrooms are very modern and holds a good quality! The Staff is also really kind and helpful!!
