Manager at the hotel did not gave the correct room. Instead he gave us lower category room. He should give the correct room booked by the customer.

room facility 0 not clean dirty bed dirty lobby. After checkout i wait in reception area and they said sir please do not stay more and go to railway station to wait for your train. Is this the service we provide the customer.
