"Pathetic management. Wouldn't suggest staying here based on the behaviour of the manager. I had accidentally booked the property for the day ahead as i booked past 12 at night and requested him to adjust the payment. He went on asking for an exuberant price that too in cash seeing how helpless we were as it was late at night. Greedy people."

"I had the best experience staying at Red Orchid. The folks there are amazing. The management and the staff members made me feel like I was staying with family and not in a hotel. They were always there to help out, be in the need to arrange transportation or personally attending to my requirements to visit in the city (Thank you Faizan, Shubham, Shalu) . It is very warming to the heart where you meet such wonderful people who genuinely assist and help, much more than just what the job requires. During my stay I fell sick and the attending staff regularly asked after me and were never hesitant to get me medicine or food or whatever was needed. The dining were also very accommodating, and happy to modify food according to my needs. Always with a smile, when I asked them that I feel like having a home cooked meal that is what they provided. I left with the feeling that I stayed with family members. Thank you to all from the bottom of my heart - Shubham, Shalu, Faizan and the entire staff. "

"Not safe for foreigner "this hotel is not safe to travel for foreigners and other guests. We experienced multiple incidents during our stay that left us deeply disappointed. Staff entered our room without permission, and valuable items were stolen, including expensive jackets just before our departure. Despite reporting these incidents, the management was unhelpful and even subjected us to unnecessary searches of our luggage. The conditions were unsanitary with no proper cleaning. We initially booked at status business club but had to move to kingston resort abruptly, only to face additional charges for room and made us pay for breakfast. Before moving they haven't informed us about surplus charges but after moving they ask us to pay more and more. Despite paying additional charges, they asked us again and again to move our hotel again. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. I urge travellers to reconsider staying here. Going to look for the bed. We paid for extra bed and there was no extra bed. Room was leaking in rain. No cleanliness and poor condition"
