The hotel fully met my expectations. Perfect for a party in Spodk. Rooms are equipped with basic things and there is even a kettle with tea or coffee. You can also buy some snacks at the reception. The service is very nice. Under the hotel parking, but you need to book in advance

Very kind and helpful staff, dark curtains so we could sleep very well, big room and so much space for our rabbit to run and explore, wonderful fitness center and swimming pool with saunas and our car was parked right in front of the hotel

Reading the hotel review you can wonder if it is a good choice.No less on the spot, I was crying in plus.The room is medium size, clean with comfortable bed. We have a kettle, coffee and tea, mineral water, air conditioning.In the hotel there is wellnes additionally paid , unfortunately only one sauna and swimming pool worked .Jacuzzi and 3 other saunas disabled.Breakfast varied everyone will find something for Hotel located near the highway A4 and shopping center,Three Ponds, far from the center of Katowic

Rispetto all'albergo della stessa catena di Cracovia, offre stanze (soprattutto il bagno) leggermente più grandi. Zona molto pratica, vicino al centro e alla stazione, ed abbiamo trovato facilmente parcheggio (a pagamento nelle ore diurne) nelle vicinanze. Pulizia un po' da rivedere, abbiamo trovato il supporto della doccia rotto. Nonostante sia su una strada importante, non abbiamo percepito rumori di traffico (però avevamo la camera che affacciava sul retro). Meglio 2 letti singoli che un matrimoniale.

Our stay was related to visits of relatives and friends and I have been in this hotel for the next time, in addition to the circumstances just after opening at COVID-19. It is very pleased with both the facilities and the service. I will return as soon as possible. The hotel has a location that suits us, close to the main cities of the war.Sląski and the park between Katowice, Chorzów and Siemianowice. Close to the only in this province of the Zoo, Planetarium and the Happy Town.

Hotel in a very good location - to the Auschwitz museum you can get on foot in 25 minutes. Beside the hotel cheap parking is unguarded. Good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms.

I AND MY SON stayed there from 5 Feb to 8 Feb for 3 nights. Its a beautiful hotel, compact and homely. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is big and good. The kitchen is very well equipped with Microwave, Toaster, Fridge, Cooking Plate, Water heater, coffee maker etc and all types of utensils. You can cook and sit on the table and comfortably eat. It's a place I recommend 100%. YOU CAN PARK your car in the hotel premises so that's also very safe and secure. Most importantly it is walking distance to the Auschwitz 1 Camp. If you are staying there with the intention of visiting the camp, then as ypu step put of the 6th room gate, ypu find a huge park bang opp...just walk through and at the end of the connecting road turn left and in a few minutes you will be at the Auschwitz entrance. First day, we made a mistake and turned to left from the 7th room entrance, but then we came to the backside of the Auschwitz camp which is only a staff entrance, and we had to walk another 1km to reach the entrance. Hence don't turn left. Thank you 7th Room....you made a most memorable and a wonderful destination, and 2 or 3 years later I will visit again and MOST CERTAINLY stay here! Aseem Varma

Hotel is amazing. Good breakfast included with stay, but not much variety to choose from. Restaurant set up was a bit strange. Website lists 3 but there was only 1 location. Whatever you do DO NOT get a Thai massage! They use their full body weight and do not adjust the amount of pressure they use. I’m 5 ft 6 inches and 125 pounds (58 kg) the masseuse weighed more than I do. After less than 2 minutes I had to stop the massage because it was SO painful. I asked her to use less pressure and she just kept saying “traditional Thai massage is deep pressure” I ended up having to pay more money for a different massage instead of her just reducing the pressure she was using. See posted pictures of my husband’s back after his massage and my arm.

we visited tis hotel for the second year in a row. if in the first year we were just surprised by such a good service, this year we realized that this high standard of this place is their normality. I definitely recommend visiting and trying the Silesian menu and local drinks

GGuest UserWe were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it for business or leisure travellers. The location is excellent for the city centre and train station. The staff offered exceptional service, spoke excellent English and helped us with every query. What made it a really special stay was the wonderful breakfast which was fresh, varied and generous. Our only regret is that we could only stay two nights. I have accessibility needs and they found me a suitable room with wet room. I just can’t fault this hotel on any level. Phenomenal value.

Excellent room; an always-friendly and helpful front desk staff; an excellent breakfast; the super Kaktusy restaurant within the hotel; and reasonable pricing!! And it's very centrally located, close to the bars/clubs/restaurants district and near the city centre and main railways station. I cannot recommend this hotel too highly.

I am visiting Katowice for nearly 9 years and have stayed in this hotel over a 100 times. Because of the pandemic not been there for a long time. However, really good to be back. Still one of the, if not the best hotel in Katowice. Efficient check in, parking underground, 5 minute walk to city center, standard business oriented rooms, good breakfast, some nice dinner options if you are not going out and a nice bar area. Only downside, especially in Summer, most rooms do not have blinds.

GGuest UserLocated opposite Katowice Zaleze station, this is a nice, family run hotel offers excellent ambience and personalised service. Had a great stay over 5 nights. However, accessibility could be an issue with differently abled travellers and if you have heavy bags as the hotel steps are stiff and do not have any lift provision. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. But may become uncomfortable during the summer as No air-conditioning either. However, the overall personalised service, terrific food and beverages and overall ambience are great attractions for this budget hotel outside Katowice.

I stayed at this hotel in December and have been hesitant to submit a poor review because, like so many other people in Poland, I am sure that the good people who work there are helping with the current crisis. But I’ve decided to share anyway. I would not recommend this hotel to international business or tourist visitors. Overall, it just misses the mark for both international travelers and tourists. Its location is walking distance to the historic center but not in it. Its room rates are reasonable but the banquet rates expensive. I was responsible for a group of over 15 guests who were attending an international conference. While the staff were pleasant, we had several instances of inflexibility. We would have spent more on catering had management agreed to work with our contractor on how to apportion room and catering rates. For my own stay, the staff could not produce an invoice showing the rates paid per night. In addition, when I went to check out, I discovered that the front desk had made an error in changing my checkout date, which I had requested. The hotel had already charged me credit card – without permission -- and demanded immediate payment for my final night. The front desk clerk refused to identify a manager for me to speak with. The hotel also charged the credit card of one of my colleagues without authorization.

GGuest UserThe place is a complete mess, the walls have fungus, the shower was plugged, the towels were dirty. Our room had a kitchen, but there was almost no kitchen tools, so we couldn't really eat there. It was really cold in the room during the night, because the windows were broken and they wouldn't shut. And last but not least, the owner... He took the deposit, but he didn't want to give it back. He didn't answer the phone when we wanted to check out and get our money. Then he started to argue with us, and pushed my female friend twice (!!!). We missed our bus because of it and he had completely no remorse. Don't visit this place ever.
