Stay was ok. There were lot of cheap and best hotels. Room was not properly cleaned. Price was high comparison than offline i have queried over there

The rooms bore no resemblance to the images displayed. They were profoundly unpleasant, emitting strong odors and exhibiting noticeable dirtiness. Additionally, the manager's demeanor was remarkably impolite. Despite our request for a room change, they adamantly declined. Furthermore, when we asked for repairs to the room lights and replace our bedsheets because they were dirty and smelly, our requests were completely disregarded. Furthermore, to exacerbate the situation, we were unexpectedly charged for what should have been complimentary water bottles. This entire ordeal stands as the worst experience of our lives. I didn’t click any pictures. The room was terrible.

Worst experience ever very untidy hotel broken almirah broken buckets no shampoo, soaps given no water bottle. Better sleep on a street rather than here.

This property is mentioned as 3 star property at make my trip portal, but what i experienced there it should not given even 1 star, you can't make your mind that what is more poorer ie service, behavior of staff or property

Average room in terms of cleanliness or hygiene. Ok for night stay only. Location is good from main market or station.

Its was near to the ticket counter and market shops. There are lots of shops near by as well for food/sim/medical shop.

While booking got confirmation that will get free supply of mineral water, but while checked in it was said that, mineral water is not in your package even food is also not as per our choice, in this case, menu must be shown while booking at least a standard thali should be added in package
