"Day 1 of 3, 6th March 25. Location is the only positive point. As our train was delayed, we checked in at night around 12:30 AM. we asked if anything to eat can be arranged, and the person at the reception denied. There we got to know that the kitchen closes at 10:30 PM and no food is served after that. Smile was completely missing from their faces and they did not look welcoming at all. Also, no one was available to handle the luggage which is expected from a hotel like Bloom. In the morning, I asked for Dental Kit, which I did not receive even after 5-7 minutes. Then I had to call again and go out in the lobby to get the same myself. They are definitely understaffed, and the staff they have is not trained."

"Bad Bedding: The bedsheets were in poor condition with many holes, and the pillows had a bad smell. Dirty Room: The room was not cleaned properly. We found several red bindis stuck on the side of the mirror and the switchboards. Unusable Glasses: The drinking glasses kept on the tray were covered in white paint spots. Damaged Walls and Floor: The wall paint was peeling off due to water seepage, and there were chipped tiles in the room. Washroom Issues: The washroom had a constant bad smell, even after running the exhaust fan for a long time. Also, the light above the mirror was broken, and the tap dripped continuously. Traffic and Road Access: The road right in front of the hotel is too narrow. Only one car can pass at a time, which causes daily traffic jams right outside the gate. Overall, it was not a comfortable stay. The hotel seriously needs to improve its basic cleaning and maintenance. I do not recommend staying here."
