The hotel is in a very small town, its 3 star hotel, serving Vashno devi pilgrim. All vegetarian hotel, great service, clean and spectacular view of th mata. Food was delicious, we had 3 meals there. Breakfast lunch and dinner. Lot of Kashmiri delights

Excellent Housekeeping , Food Quality was nice, Hospitality was also good. Location of the hotel is perfect as it near to the temple. Other services like cab are also perfect. Rooms were also good, Staffs were very supportive and active at every time.

Very homely atmosphere, food and hotel service is also good.... hotel staff is very friendly and helpful..they have beautiful view from the rooms .A big lawn with beautiful view of Mata Vaishno devi.. .Really enjoyed the stayed .

The white hotel Katra location was very wonderful. Food are very good rooms good the staff are very good and coprative specially thanks mr. Mandeep, anil, and miss Anita she was very good ……… Jai mata di room service was very good ………………………….

The hotel is at best location and has awesome food with superb staff They take care of every details and even guide to the temple They have pick up and drop facilities as well to the helipad. They ensure that your trip is great and details are taken care.

The food was good and tasty...... The service was also good........ Rooms are neat and clean. Hotel staff is co- operative. Our stay here was quite comfortable.....my child is so Happy because I stay the white hotel katra .......good staff and hospitality is very good

Excellent property in katra, spacious rooms with all amenities, breakfast food is good, staff behaviour is very polite. Easy access to location it was raining very heavily and they helped us with parking of our car with the glass broken. Really appreciated.
