Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The hotel is only a 5 min drive from the airport. They have a shuttle that goes to/from the airport every hour. You will need to call or email after booking to get the shuttle times if you plan to use it.

Room was clean and spacious. Public areas were also nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helped us store our luggage before our room was ready. Airport shuttle driver was excellent in helping my mother get to airport with her luggage.

The ice machine was not working. The staff was excellent and gave great advice for getting around the Mardi Gras parades.

No hot water for morning showers staff was clueless. Felt like it might happen often. If you like a hot shower in the morning look elsewhere.

Staff extremely helpful. The continental breakfast was plentiful. Room was nice and quiet. Lots of pillows and bed was comfortable. Would stay here again!

Room was comfortable, a little worn. Only lukewarm water in the shower. Front desk was very helpful. Let us check in extremely early!

All ice makers had signs that they were broken. Every A** had same sign. There were similar signs posted all over the hotel??
We went down to front desk three times to get dinner/delivery (no restaurants within walking distance) suggestions and ice. No one was at front all three times. The restaurant we chose was not good and we would have appreciated a helpful staff member.
