"To start with the positives: This is one of the few airport hotels with free shuttle transfers which worked well. The room is large and as per the pics, with comfortable bed. Negatives: The hotel "lost" my booking. They said they tried to call me with no answer because my phone was switched off, but when I suggested this may be because I was flying the receptionist said "No...you had switched your phone off". Quite a strange answer & attitude to a guest. She "rebooked" me and I ended up paying more then my original booking price. I stayed two nights, and throughout my stay, I had ZERO TV connection. I told the receptionist, and she (a different receptionist to check in) didnt seem to care at all !! ("it probably needs rebooting").....but despite being told someone would attend to it, nothing was done. For the money I paid, having no TV is ridiculous. Minor issues.....no handle on the shower tap, nowhere to hang a towel in the bathoom (there had been something on the back of the door, but was missing). Despite being listed on the amenities, there was no fridge. (just a gap where it should have been.) Overall, for the money paid, a very disappointing stay and will definitely look for other options on future visits."

"Kolejny niesamowity pobyt w "Best Western Kenner". Pokój był czysty, nowoczesny i przestronny. Mieliśmy w naszym pokoju śniadanie kontynentalne i mikrofalówkę. Myjnik i suszarka na miejscu były również wygodne. Byliśmy zaledwie 20 minut jazdy do Nowego Orleanu. Menedżer i jego pracownicy są bardzo profesjonalni i mili. Zrobili ze mnie i moich gości czuć się mile widziani. Mieliśmy świetne pobyt i jak widzisz z pewnością znów zostałem. Lol!"

"Hotel potrzebuje remontu. Włożony dywan, meble i dekoracje. Podłoga, na której byłem, a na pierwszym piętrze, obie miały dziwny (stary) zapach. Parking był bardzo ograniczony i nie czuł się szczególnie bezpieczny. Członkowie personelu byli bardzo mili i pomocni."

"The environment was average, and the front desk service was good. However, the area didn't seem very safe. The elevators were old, and the facilities were all outdated. I had to make do with it for one night because my flight was canceled. It wasn't worth the price."
