We had a one night stay here and it was a great stay. The room was cozy but well laid out, recently built/renovated and the bathroom was lovely. Breakfast is served on the rooftop overlooking the city and it’s a decent meal. In the early hours of the morning, my wife had a medical emergency and despite the language barrier, the staff were able to call an ambulance and get us the help we needed quickly! Upon returning from the hospital to collect our belongings, the staff asked how my wife was which was great! I can’t compliment this hotel enough! Every interaction with the staff was great, as too were the amenities!

The rooms are clean, fresh, the furniture is good, the kitchen utensils are just right, there was even a toaster. 2 air conditioners - one in each room. Cleaned every 2 days. It is possible to rent beach towels (aprx 50 lire for each for the entire time of use) – big and good - very convenient! Distance to the sea is 10-12 minutes walk along quiet streets. The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too! The toilet is slightly larger. And the sink is better than the second one. On the second night I changed to another room. On the second floor is a double room with pool view. This is a great hotel for short stays or as a base from which to discover the Fethiye region. The hotel is a short walk from the Marina, the market and lots of restaurants, so we didn't mind that it wasn't beach-front. The best beaches in the area are outside the city anyway, so the location is a great compromise if you plan to do some exploring but also have easy access to amenities that are lacking further outside town. The rooms are brand new and very comfortable. We were welcomed by Gorkem who went out of his way to ensure our stay was pleasant. He was very kind and friendly, was very responsive to all our needs at all times, and even personally helped us arrange a rental car. If you choose to stay here, know you will be in good hands.

Returned here for a few nights having last stayed here many, many many years ago. It is still ina convenient location but there have been considerable changes. It was always clean and comfortable but the rooms and lounge and dining area at the back side are much better than before. All staff made us feel welcome especially Soner who has been there since forever it seems The one-time receptionist is now the boss. He is always around and keeps his eye on all aspects of customer service. Even when in the middle of backgammon game. Ra****** is always on hand.

This is the best value hotel I have ever stayed in. Seeing such a low price and including breakfast, I can't believe it, I think there must be some major flaws. To be honest, I decided to give it a try because it was cheap. When I went to the store, I was immediately touched: the hotel turned out to be Samsung, but it actually looked much taller than the photos. The location is also convenient, just across the road from Calis Beach. Take the minibus directly to the station, the city center, as long as the hotel name is mentioned, the driver knows. Although the basic facilities of the room, but very clean and bright, there is a balcony with sea views. The breakfast buffet is generous, and most importantly, you can enjoy the incomparable sea view. The swimming pool is also large and clean. In short, it is value-for-money and admires the prices of the country.

So we stayed at the kilim hotel for 8 night and we really enjoyed our stay. It's family run, the staff are helpful and friendly. It is located exactly halfway between calis and fethiye old town, both about £3 in taxi each way (or you could walk). The breakfast in the morning was nice, coffee, tea, bread, butter,Jams, cheese, egg, cereal, and more. The outside area was really nice to socialise in and wasn't overcrowded. I would definitely stay here again if I was looking for a very reasonably priced hotel in the fethiye area.

Fouat was an amazing ambassador for the Orka Boutique hotel; he is a wonderfully warm manager who went to every effort to make us feel incredibly welcome here in beautiful Fehtiye! The hotel is situated on the bay/ harbour near to the lovely old town, markets and a huge array of restaurants also a stones throw from beautiful beaches and amazing historical/ cultural sites. A very family friendly town it’s a great affordable hotel, we all highly recommend it. We recommend room 304 for its stunning views - a little noisy at night but certainly not an issue for us.

Checked into Otel Eroglu in Fethiye. Rooms not ready so we left bags in lobby. Several of us left extra cash at the hotel as we were going from here to the beach. Checked in later. Room was nice size with a king and one twin bed. Put our bags on twin. Did have a small desk and a chair, but no lamp over the desk so a little dark working. No in-room safe or refrigerator. We did have a balcony, Room 101, so we could dry our clothes. Used the air conditioner overnight to cool the room. Bathroom shower had a proper sliding door so the bathroom floor stayed dry for a change. Nice rain shower head. Wall mounted body soap, no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. Nice outdoor pool with lounges, chairs, and tables. Breakfast was bare bones. Hot foods included hotdogs, a tomato dish and hard- boiled eggs. Had fresh bread and jellies, olives, meats and cheeses. No cereal, milk, or fruit.
