Friendly staffs, clean rooms. Right beside Saga station which have a lot of restaurants around. Complimentary breakfast provided and there is quite a lot of choices. Can wash your laundry at level 7. Only accept 100 yen coins for laundry payment, just change with the front desk if needed.

The room is quite old and the accommodation of women is severe. It seems that cleaning is only appropriate and visible. Everyone is emphasized that it is cheap, but I paid 9200 yen for accommodation and 800 yen for breakfast, but anything is too expensive. I left Saga for the first time. It was near the moat of Saga Castle, quiet, and the building facilities, beds and living rooms had a history, but the linens were clean, so it was also tasteful and there was no discomfort. I would have been grateful if the front desk staff were small and the hospitality was a little more substantial, but it may be unavoidable because it is the end of the corona. Breakfast was Japanese and Western 々 and I was able to have a fun meal with my friends from the morning. Saga was quiet and healed enough as Hiro 々. Also, I would like to visit hot springs slowly.

Hotel is very new and modern. Room is spacious. I was able to open up two big luggage and still with space to walk about. With such spacious room, it is a pity there is no bathtub in the room. Oh the bed and pillows were very comfortable... probably it was still very new. Haha Provide some coffee and tea in the lobby but sadly no beauty amenities for the guests to self pick as opposed to other hotels all over Japan. Travellers do take note that as this is a very small town, alot of restaurants and eateries might not be open during the weekdays or when it is off peak domestic travel season. Plus... the Google map GPS location brought me to the wrong area of the hotel... it brought us to the mountains! so do beware for those who drive.... pls go to hotel official website and get the pin coordinates for Google map navigation.

The location is good, you can directly see Saga Station and the bus stop, that is, the check-in procedure is a bit cumbersome. After all, the kind of password that no one hotel wants. Of course, there is also a link to fill in the message online in advance, but anyway, the Skype call is a bit emmm. Because it is apartment-style, the space is relatively large, the twin bed is quite comfortable, and the pillow is the type of hardness I like. When you leave the room the next day, you have to scan the code on the door to check out, otherwise you can't open the door.

We enjoyed our stay at Garden Terrace Saga, with its modern rooms and superb service. We arrived after a long day of travels around Saga prefecture. Please note that there is an entrance via Shinei Dori Street, Dive through the red building tunnel, across a short bridge and make a left turn, the hotel is on your right. After a quick check-in process, we were escorted to our room on the 6th floor. Our agent had booked us the honeymoon suite and it was absolutely lovely. After a brief introduction, she left us to our own devices. Upon entry, two large double beds occupied the double ceiling area. This room was at the apex of the Isosceles-triangle-shaped hotel. Beds had clean and smooth sheets and was super comfortable. Bedside charging points are in built into the side table area. A large flat screen TV is mounted on the wall in front of the bed. Mostly local TV channels though! Walking beyond the beds is the make-up table with comfy chair and large mirror. The closest is behind this and you can find slippers, bath robes and the room safe here. There is an exit door behind the floor to ceiling mirrors here too, with staircase leading down. I believe the housekeeping uses this to get into the room. Beware that the door was not locked when we found it. Some added security here for guests would be ideal. Moving back to the main door, and to the right is a small toilet area, separate from the shower/bathroom area. The standard Japanese toilet and small sink is housed here. if you walk to the left as you approach the main door, there is a large sitting area with comfy sofa, and another TV. There is also a 6 seater dining table. The hotel was really good to us and gave us a box of cakes that was left in the man-height fridge. The hotel also notified the Teppanyaki restaurant that I had a bottle bubbly from a previous stay in the fridge. Thus restaurant flipped the beverage menu to the champagne page we were given the menus. We liked this sharing of information! There is tea and coffee making facilities here too. Wifi is standard throughout the hotel and it was pretty fast and strong.. The bathroom is right behind the living room TV. Double sinks and loads to amenities. There was also a bottle of bathing sake for guest use. A rain shower and bath tub is connected to the bathroom. One can also exit the bathroom and into the enclosed balcony area [or go out via the living room]. where there is a large seating area is ready to welcome guests, as well as a jacuzzi. I went down to the gym on the two mornings we overnighted here. The gym is small and narrow with very select machines. One multi function weight machine, two light dumbbells station and one treadmill and bicycle/elliptical [?] machine. There is a small swimming pool and a Sauna cabin next to it. The location is excellent, 50 meters directly next to Takeo Hot Spring. All the kings of heaven came to live there. You can call the hotel to pick you up after you arrive at Takeo Onsen Station, and you'll be there in 5 minutes. The service attitude was super good. They helped me carry my luggage. They found that a screw in my luggage was loose and they helped me tighten it. The hot springs are very comfortable, especially slippery, and there are also open-air ones, which are very comfortable. Mifuneyama, a 10-15 minute taxi ride away, has teamlab, a very unique activity.

There is no problem except that the water pressure in the shower is a little low and the bathroom smelled a little. There is no problem if you just sleep.
