Excellent service. Clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food choices and carefully managed restaurant. We enjoyed the spa and its services. Overall a great stay. We will definitely suggest ERIKA hotel and we hope we will come back soon!

I stayed here with friends for a skiing holiday, everything was amazing, the staff are so attentive, thoughtful and professional. We stayed half board, and all I can say is the food is excellent, every night was consistently good, Mitchellen star quality, I can only recommend 100%. Hotel taxi to slopes, great boot room, heading back in summer walking with the dogs.

Very nice hotel with kind, friendly and professional personnel. We had halfboard and definitely recommend it. Every day a different menu with exceptional starter buffet. The main course comes in 3 options to choose from. As everything is so delicious, difficult to decide. Our 9 year old daughter enjoyed the kids meals, which were very delicious too. Breakfast was very high quality as well. Small spa area but is enough if it not your main purpose. The rooms are clean and cozy. Walking in 10 minutes to town, also convenient. I definitely recommend and would like to come back again.

Wonderful, renovated hotel, perfect for a week of skiing. Doggy friendly with excellent service. We had half board, food was great every time. Very cosy lobby and winter garden. Doggy friendly and welcoming for our little dog. Spa area was good, the pool has views of the snowy garden. The hotel offers free shuttle to the main ski lift. I Really enjoyed my stay here.

This is a lovely, comfortable hotel with high standards throughout and some fantastic staff who went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable with a smile and good humour. The hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard and everything feels fresh and clean. Food was also of a high standard with good choices for those with gluten intolerance. It's within wasy walking distance of the town centre if you want to eat out. The rooms are nicely appointed, comfortable and incredibly quiet - we didn't hear any noise from other guests. The 2 indoor pools (1 adult only) are on the small side but offer a refreshing option after a day's waking or cycling, with loungers inside and out to relax. The 2 large saunas give ample room to unwind. It's not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for in this instance.

Very clean, great food. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely go back. Stayed there 40 years ago and loved it. Loved it even more this time. It was easy to walk to town and we really enjoyed the pool. Everything was very clean and very comfortable.

The Erika was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in . Beautiful room with large bathroom, excellent breakfast with extensive choice and freshly cooked eggs. We also chose to have dinner in the hotel and the food was well presented , good sized portions and the set menu was good value for money. The staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Kitzbuhel.

Let me start with the only negative and the reason only 4 stars. There is no airconditioning. On hot summer days, the room is easily 28 degrees and it does not cool down at night. Anyway, all the good stuff now. Beautiful hotel, 5 minute walk of city center. Nice rooms, all amenities, shower, great bed, coffeemaker(why no tea?), most with a balcony. Indoor and outdoor parking on premises, at 10-15 a day. Very very nice and good staff everywhere. Superb breakfast, lovely breakfast and dinner area. Outside in Summer. 2 warm pools, enough sunbeds, not sure if there are enough beds in Winter, fitness and wellness on site too. Really nice also to have a glass of wine in the garden. Loved our stay, in spite of the airco missing. Next time I ask a room on the cooler side, if there is any.
