"Właśnie wróciłem z naszej wycieczki na nartach do Kitzbuhel i poczułem, że muszę zostawić recenzję. Ludzie w tym hotelu są urocze. Jest to prawdziwa rodzina, śniadanie jest wspaniałe i wszystko jest bardzo świeże i organiczne. Mieliśmy tu też kilka wieczornych posiłków i wszystkie bardzo ładne i doskonałe usługi. Bar hotelowy jest również świetny. Pokoje czuły się bardzo nowoczesne, przestronne i wygodne, łazienki również przyzwoite. Wspaniała lokalizacja, wynajęliśmy szafki narciarskie przy ogoli, tak, że możemy chodzić w górę i w dół tylko w naszych trenerach. Same miasto jest doskonałe, tak dużo i absolutnie piękne. Polecam ten hotel komukolwiek."

Lokalizacja jest oszałamiająca, a nasz penthouse suite był bardzo wygodny, z dwiema łazienkami i prywatnym sauną. Śniadanie było obszerne z dużą ilością opcji. Spotkaliśmy się dwa razy w restauracji à la carte; jedzenie było dobre, chociaż serwis był trochę powolniejszy w rogu zarezerwowany dla gości à la carte. Overall, to był relaksujący pobyt w wspaniałym miejscu."

"we stay in 3 bhk shailey for 3 nights it was good very nice view but hotel management dealing was not good we used there kitchen & get some spot on floor for which they make bill of 3000 euro & than finally charge 500 euro which was very wrong so experience with top team was not good so i suggest to all to be aware of all these type things hotel management can charge anything only one planc of floor wood they can make bill of 3000 euro & settle @500 this dealing spoil our mood so be careful overall prop[erty is good"

"I had a wonderful long weekend during the Snow Polo World Cup, staying once again in my preferred room category at the Kitzhof. The room was cozy and perfectly aligned with my personal taste. Breakfast was excellent, complemented by truly outstanding staff. The concierge even arranged a Bentley shuttle to the polo tournament, which was an exceptional touch and very much appreciated. The team treats guests like valued friends—an experience you only find in exceptionally well-run hotels. I will most certainly be back."

"Our first summer visit to Kitzbuhel, and first visit to the Tiefenbrunner hotel. Having seen it many times when booking a ski holiday but always decided against it due to the room on offer with the travel company. I'm very glad we made the decision to book the hotel (despite the same room type being on offer). The hotel is in the old town and central to everything. It was quiet when we where there early in the summer season. We had a lovely second floor room, with a large bathroom. The view was over so rooftops across to the distant mountains. The room was clean and kept clean everyday. The bed was comfortable if a little firm, but a softer mattress topper was available on request. Unusually (for Austria) there was a kettle in the room, which pleased my tea loving wife. A good choice of breakfast options, cereals, pastries, bacon sausage and eggs and cold meats, cheeses. A lovely choice of evening meal. all served by attentive staff, unfortunately, Pauline(?) from Leeds is retiring from waiting on, a sad loss. We used the hotels swimming pool which was a first for us on any holiday. A great way to relax after walking around the mountains. Also there is a garden for relaxing with a water feature. Will we be back, yes, we have already booked for summer 2026, and will book for our ski holiday in 2027. The (ski) bus stops on the road at the back of the hotel so accessing the ski lifts is not an issue."

"The service was great; thanks to the continuous phone customer service, any questions or issues that came up could be resolved directly. Furthermore, the location is excellent, right in the center of Kitzbühel. This allowed us to walk to the gondola for skiing. In the evenings, we were in the city center within 5 minutes to unwind. There was parking available directly at the accommodation, and the self-check-in went smoothly. The shared lounge was a fantastic opportunity to enjoy hot beverages in a cozy atmosphere."
