"we stay in 3 bhk shailey for 3 nights it was good very nice view but hotel management dealing was not good we used there kitchen & get some spot on floor for which they make bill of 3000 euro & than finally charge 500 euro which was very wrong so experience with top team was not good so i suggest to all to be aware of all these type things hotel management can charge anything only one planc of floor wood they can make bill of 3000 euro & settle @500 this dealing spoil our mood so be careful overall prop[erty is good"

"Wonderful two night stay. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, beautiful views of the gardens and surrounding neighborhood. The restaurant staff is excellent and the food is good- large breakfast buffet and custom menu, dinner is just as good. Sit outside on the Terrance for meals to enjoy the view. The hotel amenities from spa, relaxation areas, pool and outdoor areas are lovely. The hotel is on a hill which means a 10 min walk into the main streets of town and 5 mins to the gondola. Easy walk and taxi ride can be arranged for those that can’t walk. Highly recommended."

"Wonderful stay! Beautiful traditional Austrian family run hotel with exemplary service.Visually a delight both externally and internally. Perfect location at the foot of the Hahnenkamm. Lovely views,very peaceful yet only 5 to 10 minutes walk into the centre of Kitzbuhel. Bedrooms are spacious well equipped and spotless Excellent shower. Breakfast is outstanding from fresh orange juice to Bircher Musli to a wide range of hot and cold dishes.Dinner was excellent.A number of traditional Austrian dishes well cooked and pleasantly presented at a reasonable price.Very extensive wine list with a range of prices. However,what marks this hotel out is the exemplary level of service from reception to housekeeping to restaurant.Throughout our stay staff could not have been more welcoming.There is also an eye to detail whether it be the flowers on the tables at breakfast to the choice of toiletries in the bathrooms. Highest recommendation!"

Hotel Tiefenbrunner

"This was our second stay at the Tieffenbrunner (the first being in 2018). Booked a Junior Suite which faced the very charming High Street - superb views though a little noisy on hot summer evenings but it did die down after 11.30pm. Perhaps we will ask for a room at the back of the hotel in future (I’m sure we will return!) Super room and bathroom- exceptionally clean with everything required. Lovely comfy bed and nice suite. Coffee and tea all to hand - in fact, we asked if there was a kettle and it was with us within 10mins! TV programmes very limited which might be difficult if you get a wet week (no English programmes at all and no Netflix etc to log into). Food - really lovely. Breakfast extremely well catered for, dinner - 5 courses every evening - only once did we have a main course which didn’t ‘wow’. Very nice bar area at the front of the hotel which serves decisions snacks throughout the day. Gym and swimming areas very nice and we took advantage of the pretty garden on hot days. All staff at the hotel are extremely pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay and had a lovely week in Kitzbuhel. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough"
