"I am very disappointed with the hospitality at this hotel. The focus seems to be more on charging extra fees at every opportunity rather than providing genuine service, politeness, or courtesy. The hotel promotes participation in the Marriott Bonvoy program to attract guests, but it does not appear to offer the standard benefits that loyal Marriott customers expect. Marriott’s business model relies heavily on repeat guests through Bonvoy, yet this hotel does not provide breakfast or any welcome perks typically associated with the program. If you do not pre-book breakfast for €10, you are charged €20 per person on-site. This feels similar to a budget airline model — if you don’t pay in advance, you are charged a premium later. That approach does not reflect the level of hospitality one would expect from a property associated with Marriott International. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of service, transparency, or guest care."

"Clean hotel near the train station. Lots of shops around. The girls at the reception speak English. Cons: the shower door didn't work well, it opened and closed with a terrible sound. They didn't put a second hand towel, although two guests were indicated. There were no slippers. The refrigerator is filled with a minibar, and it's also disconnected from the network. Upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 50 euros, which we weren't aware of, and, with cash left over from the trip and no foreign card, they couldn't fulfill the request. They gave us 20 euros, which they returned to us upon check-out. But the bed is great!"

"(Eng) Stayed in April 2025 — everything was just perfect. The hotel is very cozy and located right in the Old Town, which makes it easy to explore the beautiful streets on foot. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and speaks both English and Russian, so communication was smooth. A special highlight is the inner courtyard — incredibly cozy and relaxing. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. I’d gladly come back again! (Arm) Ճամփորդել եմ 2025 թվականի ապրիլին՝ ամեն ինչ շատ լավ էր։ Հյուրանոցը հարմարավետ է ու տեղակայված է Հին քաղաքի հենց կենտրոնում, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս հետիոտն շրջել գեղեցիկ փողոցներով։ Սենյակները մեծ են, մաքուր ու հարմար։ Անձնակազմը բարեհամբույր է, խոսում է անգլերեն և ռուսերեն, այնպես որ հաղորդակցվելը հեշտ էր։ Հատուկ նշեմ ներսի բակը՝ անհավանական հարմար ու հաճելի վայր հանգստի համար։ Նախաճաշերը համեղ էին ու բազմազան։ Ուրախ կլինեմ վերադառնալ։"
