Great hotel, great breakfast choice. Christmas markets in full swing, good pubs and restaurants near by.

Everything okay lovely hotel great location overlooking the river Rhine, just one problem, bed was 2 singles put side by side to make a double bed, with 2 single duvets not a good idea, having said that everything else was fine.

Staff, particularly Axenia was great, super friendly and helpful as were the 2 gentlemen at the desk. Suggested improvements: better door locking system for rooms, elevator should go to each floor, bathtub is very high and narrow, nice to have coffee and tea available in room.

Good accommodations at the Rhine rivers edge, close to the tram to the fortress and shopping streets of Koblenz. Comfortable room with an excellent breakfast buffet.

We booked the deluxe room with water view and it was so nice. Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Provided a map and told us all the things to do.

Hotel right on river. Good restaurants right next door. Short walk to old town. Would definitely stay again and recommend it highly

Situated next to the Rhine, it is in a beautiful location. Close to shopping and restaurants, as well as, the historic old town, virtually everything is within a few minutes walking distance. The hotel is clean and bright and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this spot to any holiday traveller.

Perfect stay in this hotel, very well located in city centre and in front of the Rhein river. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. We strongly recommend this hotel

Our bedroom had a lovely river view with a private balcony, but the room was a little on the small size. Breakfast was extensive and delicious but had to pay an extra €15 per person per night. Most other hotels we have been to offer complimentary breakfast for guests. Even tea & coffee making facilities was an extra €8.50 per stay. I recommend this hotel because of it’s central location and beautiful views of the river.
