Warm and welcoming staff
Hotel amenities is ok not great, An average feel, We booked a DB at Rs2600 which is good enough, Check in was easy and fast, the highlight is staff service,

1st visit with family was good because room was on 5th floor. Food quality is good. But, in Second time, I got room on 2nd floor. They changed two times but condition of the rooms were very bad. Lots of smells. Furniture was also not in condition. Must check condition of rooms first. Bed mattress not comfortable. It is requested to the ***agement please look into the matter and do needful. Regards

I cannot thank the staff at Keys Hotel enough for their incredible support and assistance during my recent stay. Unfortunately, I fell ill during the night, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. From providing me with necessary support to preparing hot soup and unsalted meals, the staff at Keys Hotel truly showed their compassion and dedication to customer service. They checked on me regularly and made sure I had everything I needed to feel better. I am so grateful for their kindness and understanding during a difficult time. The staff at Keys Hotel truly made an impression on me with their exceptional care and genuine concern for my well-being. Even on my depart early morning at 0200 h, the chef provided me with a packed breakfast. Thank you for all that you do, Keys Hotel staff! You are truly amazing. My warm regards to Mr Didhin and Hotel staff

This hotel provides basic facilities, like other business hotels. Food could be improved. We only tried breakfast which was average. Room was clean and service was prompt. It's located about an hour from the domestic airport and is not too far from the main city attractions.

The best Hotel in kochi for family and business trips. From the time we check in till the check out it was really a good experience. Special thanks to Mr Didhin, Mr Jude and the entire team for making my stay a memorable one. Will surely recommend my friends and family to experience the best hospitality in kochi. Keep it up....

Good food and service. Great location, room is very clean and tidy. What make it more pleasant to stay are the staff. They are very welcoming always with smiles ready to attend to you. I stayed there for almost one month and i interacted with almost everybody from the security guard up to the hotel top ***agement. I must say their courtesy and heartwarming approach has make our stay very much comfortable. Variety of Foods, very tasty which includes the Kerala cuisine which my wife likes a lot. Thanks a lot to Mr Vinou in the front office, and of course a very big thanks to Mr Didhin with whom am still in contact. I must say he is such nice and humble person always available whenever i needed him. I firmly believed he is the gem of this hotel. Thank you sir!! This hotel is highly recommended for those planning to visit Cochi.
