Rooftop restaurant and the breakfast was outstanding, and the variety catered to a wide range of tastes."

"Just ended a pleasant 4-day stay at The Renai. I booked a mini suite but, due to a lock malfunction, I was moved to a larger suite, which was a lovely and unexpected upgrade. The rooms, like the hotel overall, was clean, well maintained and modern. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom functional, clean and adequately stocked with the necessities. Wifi worked well most of the time, but the connection was spotty a couple of times. The buffet breakfast covered a wide range of diets and was sumptuous to get the day going. The buffet lunch was also extensive. Koffee Junction (adjacent to and owned by the hotel) was a nice place for a relaxed meeting with friends. Staff members were uniformly friendly without being intrusive or obsequious. Hotel location was conveniently close to a Metro station and only a short drive from Amrita Hospital and shopping areas. Won't hesitate to stay at The Renai should I return to Kochi."

Suggestion: Only improvement needed is to add a children play area or add some kids activity on daily basis, so that the little ones visiting the property will have some fond memories as well."
