"Zarezerwowaliśmy trzy pokoje na dwie noce bez śniadania z 28 11.2025 do 30.11.2025 w lipcu. Jednak przy sprawdzaniu automatyki obliczono nas z śniadania. Mieliśmy tylko rano 29.11. możliwość reklamy tego. Zapewniono nas, że to będzie zwrot na naszym koncie, to około 120 euro dla szczęśliwej pary z ich dziećmi i około 58 euro dla mojej żony i mnie. Po konsultacji z lokalnymi przyjaciółmi, mieliśmy wiedzieć, że menedżer hotelu Holzmann odmawia spłaty kwoty z oczywistych powodów. Numer ten został odebrany z nami, ale z dwunastu innych osób z naszych przyjaciół, którzy zarezerwowali hotel Economy. To jest oczywiste oszustwo i nie mogę polecić tego hotelu absolutnie."

"hard to find any negative points for this one; Price is very fair rooms are spacious with a very nice bathroom and airco (rather rare in local German hotels) Breakfast is all about fresh food and really diverse options. Service is friendly. it does seem that these are several hotels or at least buildings as we stayed in the one above the 's Antla restaurant but it was all that is mentioned above. I should not forget mentioning that the hotel is perfectly situated in the Altstadt of Kronach and less then 10 minutes from the Rosenberg Festung.."
