we had an amazing time staying at the Delphin habib hotel , big shoutout to the animation team ( choco , hassan and Amir in particular) as they made us feel so welcoming and we’re unbelievably friendly . The receptionists and cleaners are also really friendly and helpful , zizou the trip organiser was also very nice to us and made it easy for us to book trips at a reasonably cheap price . The food is very authentic and mediterranean not very good for fussy eaters as they have no plain options like chips and nuggets however the restaurant on site ( the view ) is lovely food for a very good price. The only down side to this hotel is how long you have to wait for beach towels if you do not bring your own but all in all I would definitely recommend staying here if your visiting Tunisia, the hotel rooms are clean , the staff are all kind and welcoming and it is a beautiful country to visit.

Great Vacation come with a great hotel, what a holiday! Amazing place and amazing people great room and a quality service! Hoping to come back and enjoy this beautiful country once again and this time with more days to stay! What a trip man!!!

The hotel is a very fine one. Yes, it has its mistakes and shortcomings (I have read the one star reviews before) but you simply cannot except much more for this price and location. + : Staff is super friendly and understanding with kids (except for 1 person). There is a lot of folks working there! Really a lot.. Amazing amount of workforce.. Never seen before in Europe that much people working in hotel. Pools are as good as on the photos. Beds are excellent. Food is constantly available. Food for kids is even more constantly available :) For diners you can get away from the crowd by booking for the 'special' diners . Same kitchen, same taste, you don't get to choose from dozens of food, you get what they prepare, but there is no crowd. Simple tradeoff. We were in a suite w sea view - it was ok, first room on the corridor, we had like 90 degrees view. -: There are mosquitos. Not a lot, but red haired white skinned kids can suffer a bit from them. The hotel is applying gas to control the mosquito population but additionaly nets would be nice on the terrace doors. Food is what you can get when there are hundreds of people on all inclusive. That simply requieres a food factory. There was no food of dubious quality, sometimes the tastes were not to our liking, yet you trully have a wide range of dishes to choose from. So it wasn't a fine dining experience but it was totally ok and sometimes even more. Drinks are not the best. The all inclusice includes wines and beer which we tried only once and opted for the extras after that (bottled beer and wine from the a la carte menu). But it was not expensive at all so even if you are a bit pricky, like we were, you won't have to spend a lot. The half day camel riding program is a disaster. They take you to the outskirts of the next town where is a LOT of rubbish everywhere. It was like touring in a garbage dump. Outside the hotel the country is, well, not too nice. Garbage heaps, garbage, shredding and flaking plastic, and some more garbage. :( Unfinished buildings, half demolished buildings, etc. So the hotel is like a totally different world. The sea and the pools were a bit cold in mid June. A bit. Good between 11 and 4, not particularly inviting when the sun was otherwise not shone strongly. The sand on the beach on one hand is superb, yet there is some debris from construction! Pieces of broken brick. But not covered with it, only some. The so called amusement programmes are tooo loud. We were running away from it every time it started, they turned up the bass and played some techno - but we are a family prefering quite environment. Also there was a part of the evening program that was meant to be entertaining, but it was very very strong for us - the joke was that a male member of the staff dressed up as a woman, and they called 4 ladies on stage who had to walk and look sexy, etc. But again - you don't have to go there. The hotel is close to the sea and the ancient city of Sousse. The transportation is convenient, the access is very convenient, the room rate is cheap, and a dinner is included, but the room facilities are very old, the toilet has no threshold, the water is easy to overflow, and there is no quilt on the bed. Sleeping is very cold at night.

While a bit difficult to find within the medina's winding streets, the hotel is a lovely, hidden gem that both me and my father loved. You're greeted by the lovely owner with two small kittens that are just adorable. Our room was well furnished, air conditioned and had a very clean bathroom. The roof terrace offers a great view of the Sousse skyline and Medina and is perfect at night to enjoy the call to prayers. Breakfast was served in the main court area of the hotel. Very nicely decorated and the breakfast was very traditional. Nothing too heavy, but still filling nonetheless. You know care and love went into making it.

I booked this hotel accidently, but it turned out to be a big surprise. The hotel is very clean, and the environment is particularly good. The window faces the sea, with a pretty view. There are several swimming pools downstairs and also indoor swimming pools. It's very cost-effective.
