Pros: bed and shower room were clean, jasmine tea was the best that I have tasted, scent of the shower cream and shampoo made me wanted to keep them for myself, the location was good ,breakfast has more variety than the others. Cons: no closet to hang my clothes or tower Conclusion: I was really satisfied and enjoyed the stay and would surely recommend it to all of my friends.

Value for money. 2nd night stay in this hotel travel from Lijiang to Kunming. We check in late night and surrounding still have many restaurants and fruits stall still open. Very good Chinese breakfast and tea time is good for us before we travel to airport. We have requested to have room not face to main room. Even though is for 2 single beds but we have good sleep during the whole night without any noise from outside. Beds is comfortable and the room is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back this hotel when I travel to Kunming.

The building Is a mixed of office and hotel rooms. Mine was at level 31 - top level. Reception is opened 24 hours at level 1 beside the entrance to the building lifts. Train station is just a short walk; Nearest MRT station is slightly further away. The room is just as per picture in trip.com. There is a Sheng Song supermarket at level 1 of the building. Pretty convenient.

Within walking distance of Kunming Train Station and South Ring Road metro station. Many f&b outlets in the vicinity, and tea shops, convenience stores, and a bus-stop where u can take Bus 31 to GuanDu Ancient City. Hotel room is clean, no cigarette smell, water and even yoghurt and oranges provided. Service is good. Bathroom door cannot close properly so water leaks out from a gap. Otherwise is perfect.

We are very satisfied with this hotel. The hotel is very well located, near the metro station. It is very convenient to take a taxi but beware of traffic jams from 5 p.m. the hotel staff is very smiling and friendly. I particularly recommend: the very rich and varied breakfast; the well-equipped and very large fitness room to work out; the pleasant pool to swim and relax. The meal at the hotel is also very good and affordable. The hotel offers a menu at 108 yuan per person with a selection of very varied and delicious dishes. Congratulations for this hotel and for the welcome we have benefitted from. We will come back as a family.

Me and my friend like it very much. Clean and comfy. The location is strategic, walking distance (about 5-10mins walking distance from Kunmimg railway station), easily access to taxi, near to 翠湖，南屏步行街，昆明老街，黄公东街 (about 10 mins distance by car). The room is control by the smart system (华住). Laundry service and drying is provided free to all the guests of the hotel. Somemore, there is detergent, iron and iron board, laundry bag, laundry basket etc available if you prefer handwash. The reception is friendly and polite. They also provide free storage of luggages for their guests once you checked out and want to go for city walk or others.

I always stay at Hampton by Hilton when traveling for business, and this time I brought the elderly and children with me to continue their support. The surrounding area of the hotel is very lively. Opposite is Vientiane City. If you drive from the airport, the entrance to the hotel parking lot is relatively small. The hotel has its own parking lot where a row of cars can be parked. The front desk was very enthusiastic and helped upgrade the room to a deluxe twin room. They also gave the children toys as gifts after leaving the hotel.

接機是老闆娘親自接機，我們一行8人，還另給叫了一輛車，但是時間銜接實在不行，等了快半小時，差點冷死。周邊環境一般，就是鄉村平時的環境，沒有其他評論說得那麼好看又有特色！店內環境也是一般般，平時可能並不十分注重打掃吧，就像足了你自己的家，懶得打理的樣子。最大的問題是，水壓真的是超低，而且經常是衹有熱水，沒有冷水，連馬桶都得半小時一衝。洗澡就衹能硬扛，水是又小又熱，洗完一個澡差點沒熟了。早餐是老闆娘做的，小米南瓜粥，小鹹菜，饅頭，反正是家裡有什麼就吃什麼？很是家常。周邊沒有什麼別的吃的，將就將就就好。不過這價格還是很實在，畢竟接機到店都20多分鐘了。不忍心差評，大家看着自己實際考慮吧。
