Great airport hotel with comfortable rooms Stayed here as it’s very close to Kunming Changshui International Airport, which made it super convenient for an early flight. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and overall it was a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The only thing to note is that it’s quite far out if you’re planning to visit Kunming Old Town or the city centre, so it’s best suited for airport stays or short stopovers. Breakfast wasn’t too bad, could be better quality of food that’s all. Also had free laundry and use of the gym. Overall, a really good option if you need somewhere comfortable near the airport.

Very nice hotel, with good location. Walking distance to the railway station. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of Chinese food, cereal, breads and fried food. Definitely the best breakfast I had in china. They also have a robot that sends your food delivery to you, which was cool. The lady at the counter was also very nice and helpful. I didn't have a local phone number so I couldn't order food delivery, so she helped to order the food using her phone. And somehow I couldn't transfer so I had to use cash, but she didn't have any change so she paid the extra 2.80yuan. Really appreciate their service, top notch.

Excellent hotel service from from desk to housekeeper. Clean and cozy room, free airport pickup was easy to arrange, free gift upon check in was warm, free night snacks beyond my expectation. The female front desk receptionist very helpful and patiently to solve all my queries as a foreigner. Thumbs up to this hotel👏👏👏

Hotel is really close to the airport. Very convenient pick up and drop off service from the hotel. The rooms are large and clean, free water, coffee, tea. Breakfast said to be included but I did not see any, perhaps too early. Slept well had good shower and was in the airline lounge within an hour from waking up.

Service was excellent as staff at Reception counter is able to understand English. Good customer attributes and with smiling and dedicated services. Even help me to fix problem on the coffee dispenser provided with compliments beside the reception counter. Location is strategic and near to Kunming. Room is extremely big and price is reasonable. Highly recommended. Will book again in my next trip

The hotel is not fancy but it is very clean and everything in the room is very technological. The bed is very comfortable and the bed linen, my God! Bedsheets We're so so soft!! They give you two bottles of water and they have a small kettle. Also, they will pick you up from the airport which is super convenient( I'm attaching the picture of the pick up point) In the morning though, I had to catch a flight at 10.50 but we left later than expected (at 9.10/15 due to some other guests being late (not thef hotel's fault obviously, but I was annoyed cos I had to rush through the terminal to avoid missing the flight) so I'd say, to be on the safe side, take your own taxi in the morning. All in all, great experience. Good value for your money.

Długo czekaliśmy na odbiór w zimnym wietrze, a na dowóz musieliśmy przejść kawałek przed hotelem, żeby złapać autobus. Dostarczali pudełka z posiłkami na poranne loty, co było miłe. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, udogodnienia i czystość spełniły oczekiwania; czysto i schludnie.

The hotel was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The room was new and had no strange odors. They pay great attention to detail; all amenities were sealed and labeled. Front desk staffer Xiao Li provided excellent service and helped me with my luggage. I had dinner at the hotel, and the food was delicious, the ambiance was fantastic, and the price was reasonable. After dinner, I took a stroll in the garden; it's so large that I got tired after just two laps. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel because I had a layover in Kunming before heading back to Tianjin, and it was close to the airport and had a piano. My daughter needs to practice regularly, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was! The decor was simple yet stylish and felt very new. All the toiletries were still sealed, and the front desk service was attentive and thorough. Even the disposable slippers were plush! It's very family-friendly! I never usually leave reviews, but my daughter insisted. She said to give it 120 points! I told her there wasn't an option for 120 points, so she said to type it out instead.

There are restaurants right opposite the hotel, making dining very convenient, and the food tastes great too. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is an ideal choice for a layover.
