Serwis jest dobry, styl hotelu jest dobry, wyposażony, duży, recepcja jest dobra, intymna, szybko zameldować się, pokój jest duży, czysty i wygodny, silny, łóżko jest duże, łazienka jest czysta, łazienka jest wygodna, kelner pokojowy jest wielką, z prośbą o przywitanie, umówić się z recepcją na poranną dostawkę, Zadzwonisz pół godziny wcześniej i przyniesiesz śniadanie, gdy wyjedziesz.

My first time to kunming, I first thought the hotel wasn't that good, it was great. Not just that with the facilities, but the service and hospitality are excellent. The room is clean, nice atmosphere , perfect location to have all in one place (next to the outlet mall) no need to go out. All stuff, lobby, kitchen, maids are very kind. Especially, Pu Jinwen a boy who helped me online shopping and shower gel, which smell so nice. And a girl Dai Xianran who helped me write in Chinese with my works! I absolutely recommend all to stay at Fillmore whenever visiting Kunming! Will be back again, You wont be disappointed!!!!!

Przejeżdżając przez Kunming, wybrałem ten hotel Luju jako punkt tranzytowy. Usługa obejmuje indywidualną obsługę lokajską, a wśród udogodnień znajduje się inteligentny system sterowania Xiaodu. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, doświadczenie było świetne. Szczególnie spodobała mi się atmosfera i obsługa tego sklepu. Jeśli będę miał okazję ponownie przejechać obok tego miejsca, na pewno dokonam ponownego zakupu.

It's far from Subway around 1.1km (Fude Station). The receptionist cannot speak English, however, they've good service mind. In the hotel has smoking smell around. If you ok to take Bus, it's very near bus stop to go Walmart and subway station.

Extremely satisfied with my stay at Cloud's Hotel, it definitely deserves a perfect score! From check-in, you could feel the staff's warm and thoughtful service; the process was efficient and smooth. The room was spotlessly clean, simply and comfortably furnished, and all the facilities were complete and in good working order. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, perfect for a good rest after a long day. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making it very quiet at night. The location is superb, very convenient for getting around by taxi or finding dining options. You can tell the hotel pays attention to details, and overall, it offers incredible value for money. It's suitable for both leisure and business travelers. Next time I'm in the area, this will be my first choice. I genuinely recommend everyone to stay here!

新裝修過的房間 乾淨整潔 老闆娘很客氣 服務態度很好 附近吃喝玩樂都方便 停車場很大 值得安利

Here I am trying to give an honest opinion to everyone, I got this hotel at 62 rmb / day, had free pickup and drop off service to the airport and I just had to catch the next flight so it was a good deal for me. It's near the airport; so it's a good place to stay for flight transfer passengers. The hotel is not bad but don't expect too much, and if you are attracted by the advertised photo, it may disappoint you.

設施：設施非常齊全，不是那種非常豪華的，但是熱水秒出，空調有效，而且感覺老闆有在用心對待每個屋子，還寫了題詞還有蓋章，特別好玩哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈 環境：環境乾淨舒適，酒店大堂的負責人也非常熱情，人特別好，酒店的隔音也很好，哪怕外面是街道也沒有很吵鬧 衞生：床單乾淨，房間四處沒有異味，地板也很乾凈，是好好打掃的酒店。床很好睡，很安全。 服務：入住的時候水可以自己拿免費喝，真的特別好，也很安全。是非常中肯的評價了，半夜到了還給免費升級了房型，有電梯不怕行李多。
