Top hotel that really fulfils the 5 stars it carries. Staff very friendly but English proficiency is rather mixed. Super clean and nice new spacious rooms. You can even wash and dry laundry for free on the third floor - they provide detergent, machines and ironing stuff. The location is medium central, to the sights of the city it's quite far (at least 20min DiDi or 50min bus, metro station is 35 mins by foot away). On the other hand, the hotel is right next to the Yunnan Mushrooms Heritage street with dozens of amazing hotpot restaurants. Also there's an old street about 300m away. So there's plenty to do around the hotel, it's just a bit long to get anywhere else.

This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, and also the one with the absolute best service! First, they offer subway station pick-up and airport transfer services. On the day of check-in, they send a reminder just in case you're unaware of these services. Upon arrival, you're immediately offered a glass of water, and then they thoughtfully help you arrange your airport transfer times. The room itself is fully smart-enabled, which is really impressive. But what touched us the most was that our flight was at 5 AM the next day, and we had scheduled a 4 AM airport drop-off. We came down about ten minutes early, expecting to wait a bit for the driver. To our surprise, even before 4 AM, a young man and a front desk lady were already waiting for us! They even kindly gave us two breakfast boxes to take on the road (we hadn't paid for breakfast). As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, the car was already waiting right at the entrance. The service was so incredible that we actually wondered if we really only paid 100 RMB, haha!

The hotel is very awesome! The heater working very well’ Bed was comfortable and was able to have a goodnight sleep! Even though I arrive late after a long day, the staff still managed to help me with my enquiries to ensure I got everything I want ☺️🙏🏻 Thank you for the great hospitality! I must say that the best highlights of this hotel would be... Everything! It was walkable distance from the Railway Station, spacious room, convenient access to halal eateries nearby. Clean room & even the pedestrians walkways within the neighborhood. Thank you for hosting us! Definitely recommended hotel!

Service was excellent as staff at Reception counter is able to understand English. Good customer attributes and with smiling and dedicated services. Even help me to fix problem on the coffee dispenser provided with compliments beside the reception counter. Location is strategic and near to Kunming. Room is extremely big and price is reasonable. Highly recommended. Will book again in my next trip

Very nice hotel, with good location. Walking distance to the railway station. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of Chinese food, cereal, breads and fried food. Definitely the best breakfast I had in china. They also have a robot that sends your food delivery to you, which was cool. The lady at the counter was also very nice and helpful. I didn't have a local phone number so I couldn't order food delivery, so she helped to order the food using her phone. And somehow I couldn't transfer so I had to use cash, but she didn't have any change so she paid the extra 2.80yuan. Really appreciate their service, top notch.

Great airport hotel with comfortable rooms Stayed here as it’s very close to Kunming Changshui International Airport, which made it super convenient for an early flight. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and overall it was a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The only thing to note is that it’s quite far out if you’re planning to visit Kunming Old Town or the city centre, so it’s best suited for airport stays or short stopovers. Breakfast wasn’t too bad, could be better quality of food that’s all. Also had free laundry and use of the gym. Overall, a really good option if you need somewhere comfortable near the airport.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities. The staff were warm and attentive, and there was no noise in the surroundings, which was conducive to sleep. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the station, which I didn't use, but it's a very thoughtful service, especially for travelers arriving late at night or needing to leave early in the morning. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm at the airport.

Podczas meldowania się uśmiech Rebeki w recepcji był ciepły i przyjazny. Proces meldowania był niezwykle szybki i prawie nie musiałem czekać. Byłem także pod wrażeniem ciepłych powitań, jakie przekazał mi Xiao Deng, zastępca kierownika lobby, podczas wymeldowania. Kiedy wjechałem windą do swojego pokoju, zauważyłem, że wnętrze windy było równie luksusowe. Połączenie luster i metalu nadało pomieszczeniu nowoczesny i elegancki wygląd. Pokoje są przestronne i jasne, urządzone luksusowo i gustownie. Ogromne łóżko przykryte najdelikatniejszą pościelą i kołdrą. Gdy się położysz, nie będziesz chciał już wstać. Obsługa hotelowa jest nienaganna. Niezależnie od tego, czy jest to obsługa pokoju, czy catering, każdy pracownik wykazał się niezwykle wysokim poziomem. Profesjonalizm i entuzjastyczne podejście do obsługi. Szczególnie podobała mi się kolacja w hotelowej restauracji, gdzie jedzenie nie tylko wspaniale smakowało, ale było również pięknie podane niczym dzieło sztuki. Śniadanie jest bogate i różnorodne, niezależnie od tego, czy są to specjały kuchni zachodniej, czy lokalne, może zaspokoić potrzeby różnych gości. Ponadto hotel zapewnia również bogatą bazę rekreacyjną, m.in. centrum fitness, SPA, kryty basen itp. Każda usługa sprawia mi radość fizyczną i psychiczną.

Excellent hotel service from from desk to housekeeper. Clean and cozy room, free airport pickup was easy to arrange, free gift upon check in was warm, free night snacks beyond my expectation. The female front desk receptionist very helpful and patiently to solve all my queries as a foreigner. Thumbs up to this hotel👏👏👏
