Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members who are going to visit Kunming. Thank you very much for the lovely stay at Exclusive Hotel, Kunming.

My overall stay far exceeded expectations; it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel environment was fresh and elegant, with both interior and exterior areas meticulously clean. The greenery was tastefully arranged, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The room layout was well-designed, with all necessary amenities readily available. Appliances functioned smoothly, and the tables, chairs, bathroom fixtures, and soft furnishings were all well-maintained and convenient to use. The service, in particular, was incredibly heartwarming. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the housekeeping was meticulous, tidying the room with great care every day. The entire stay was hassle-free, and I didn't encounter any issues. The hotel maintains high quality standards, offering a pleasant environment, complete facilities, and attentive service, making for an exceptional overall experience. The price was also very reasonable, offering great value for money. It was a very enjoyable stay. I've saved this place and will definitely choose it again for future trips, and I highly recommend it to everyone for a worry-free booking.

有免費停車場，這對出差人士很重要，而且停車不擁擠，直接開到電梯口停下就行。 前台和我的房間是兩個不同樓層，但是四組電梯上下特別方便。 樓下有好幾個便利店，買點什麼東西很方便，周邊可能吃的偏少，但是距離美食街商業街都不遠。 前台小妹妹好熱情，幾乎有求必應，好像 24 小時都能看到她，蠻累的。 房間是新的，打掃的很乾凈，淋浴特別好用，這兩點對我來説就足夠了 床品舒適，晚上睡覺很安靜，可以安心休息。 保潔阿姨也是滿臉微笑很熱情，盡職盡責。 小建議：一次性用品稍微升級一下，捲紙用大一點，牙刷用好一點，配套牙膏用六到八克最好了，總之特別滿意

Our family of three was booked into the hotel's family room for 2 nights & the room was well appointed with all expected amenities & was very clean. The surrounding areas was convenient with lots of food options. There's an array of snacks & drink options available at the lobby area & is a welcomed respite from the cold weather outside. The breakfast spread was extensive & contains both east / west bites. Recommended for families travelling to & from this beautiful city.

離海樂世界購物中心也不遠 打車10分鐘就能到 酒店有自己的停車場，車位挺足對自駕的朋友很友好。衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡水壓大，出水快這個小細節挺加分。窗户隔音效果不錯，關上基本聽不到外面聲音 服務態度挺好，前台小董 小曹 再到保潔阿姨都客氣，問路什麼的都很耐心。總的來説性價比高，下次來昆明還會考慮住這兒。

Jesteśmy rodziną 3 dorosłych i wybraliśmy ten hotel specjalnie dla 3 łóżka, blisko Metro i nocnej ulicy żywności. Zabieranie metra z lotniska do tego hotelu jest dość łatwe ... po prostu potrzeba prostej wymiany i wyjścia na stacji Fude, a następnie ciekawe 6mins spacerem. Zameldowanie było łatwe i szybkie. Pokój był niespodzianką ... bardzo przestronny, bardzo wygodny i udogodnienia były doskonałe! Nocna ulica żywnościowa dała nam mnóstwo niesamowitych wyborów żywności. Hotel ma 2 pralka i suszarkę ..., która zamyka się o 10:00 i otwiera się o 830:00. Lubimy ten hotel i ponownie zarezerwowaliśmy na naszą ostatnią noc przed wylotem z Kunming

It is very close to Shuangqiao Night Market, so I chose this place. The homestay is noisy in a place similar to a village in the city. It is acceptable to sleep late. The soundproofing is very poor. The homestay is like this. It is commendable that the sanitary conditions are great. The linen and towels on the bed are very clean. And from the layout of the room, it can be seen that the boss is particular about people.

Już od momentu zarezerwowania pokoju na 27-go poczułem troskliwą obsługę dwóch kelnerów: Wen, Lu i Gao. Ponownie poczułem się dotknięty rankiem 28-go. O godzinie 23:00 dnia 27-go mój brat, który nosił okulary i wyszedł z pracy, natychmiast osobiście się z tym uporał i ustalił szczegóły, gdy tylko dowiedział się, że w łazience mojego pokoju nie ma okna. Dziękuję! Podobnie jak podczas Święta Wiosny w 2024 roku, otrzymałem taką samą opiekę od menedżera Cao hotelu. Ufam obsłudze hotelu i rozumiem ciężką pracę kelnerów. W przyszłości będę wybierał wyłącznie Zhongyu.

Great hotel only 2km from the main Kunming train station. As a family we loved it! So clean and probably the best Atour hotel I have stayed in in China. Very high quality for a 4 star hotel - almost bordering on 5 star level! This hotel gets consistent 9.7 out of 10 reviews and that is pretty high. But with their great hospitality and clean, modern interior I can really see why and they deserve such high ratings. When we checked in there were so many extra touches of hospitality: locally brewed tea, hand lotion, extra slippers for our kids. The front desk ladies were nice. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style but is really high quality and professional as far as ingredients. Their noodle soup was excellent and breakfast was quite diverse. They have a laundry room and lots of convenience stores close by. If you are coming through Kunming train station I give this one a big recommend. Might be way better than some of the shady hotels a few hundred meters from the train station.

在攜程上了選了很久才決定住這家，攜程上寫的是國貿中心輕居酒店，到了以後發現是亞朵輕居酒店。大堂有水果茶還有現磨咖啡，可以隨便喝，前台很熱情，我説需要安靜的房間，就給調到了面對小區的房間，比較安靜。 早餐不多，味道還可以，咖啡是現磨的，主食有包子、餃子、粥、炒飯，推薦現燙的米線或麪條。洱絲沒燙軟，不好吃。炒菜味道一般。 水果中的砂糖桔還可以，甜甜的。 沙拉🥗擺盤很有意思哈，是用玻璃杯裝好的，自己加沙拉醬！ 房間打掃乾淨，窗簾遮光效果好，枕頭很舒服，有兩種枕芯可以選擇，和家裡用的差不多。外賣是機器人送上來的，小朋友很喜歡。智能馬桶比較省心，每天都給了酒精濕巾自己消毒。每天都有礦泉水和茶飲料，茶飲料在小冰箱裏。 還是有需要改善的地方，全屋關就會把空調關了，關了燈以後還得重新去開空調。 總體來説，這家酒店入住滿意度較高。
