Hotele w: Lianhuachi area, Kunming

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. However, the hotel is quite hard to find—it’s inside a bank building, and the lobby is located on the third floor. Staff at the reception only speak Chinese, but they provide their WeChat, which makes communication easy and smooth. They are incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist. The rooms are clean, and overall, the hotel offers good value for money.

先説説訂這家店的初衷衝著“2025年新開業”和“曉山青系列”去的，之前住過其他城市的全季曉山青，印象很好。但這次到店後，確實有些失望。 最大的問題——煙味房比例偏高。 第一次開的房間煙味很重，申請換房後，前台給了第二間房的門卡，結果開門後煙味比第一間還明顯。之後請保潔員幫忙打開同樓層的幾間空房查看，幾乎每一間都有不同程度的異味。最後衹能請前台工作人員親自上樓，帶我們去另一樓層才找到一間基本可接受的房間。 其次是服務態度和後續處理。 連續換房折騰了很久，全程沒有任何工作人員主動安撫或表示歉意。我問保潔員和工作人員：有煙味的房間打掃時不會報備嗎？為什麼還繼續開給客人？對方均回答：保潔員鼻子可能習慣了，有的客人比較敏感才會覺得有問題。而工作人員則表示：客人抽煙他們也沒辦法。 換房過程中，幾位男前台態度比較冷淡。第一次換房時主訴是有煙味，其次是不想要角落房，工作人員電話直接裏説：你們要遠離電梯又不要角落房…但一層樓裏電梯和走廊盡頭之間還有幾間標間空房，且工作人員這樣回覆客人是否不妥？同時，在換房全程工作人員都沒有一句“抱歉讓您來回折騰”。對比其他品牌酒店遇到類似情況會主動跟進、多次安撫，這次全季在後續沒有任何問詢或關懷。倒是退房當天遇到的幾位女性前台人員比較熱情積極。 總結：新酒店硬件沒問題，但煙味管理和服務意識確實讓人失望。如果你對煙味敏感，建議慎重考慮這家。希望酒店能重視房態管理和員工培訓。

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is great if you like to experience the local market life and community activities at night in the area. Despite its close proximity to the busy market street, the rooms were very quiet. The rooms were comfortable and clean but the common areas were not very clean with clumps of dirt at the edges of the corridor carpets. One of the rooms had faulty amenities: the toilet bowl leaked water from the cistern onto the floor continuously and there was a perpetual puddle on the toilet floor; and the sink drain stopper keeps getting flipped into the closed position so the sink could not drain properly. Considering this is a relatively new hotel, we do not think it is very well maintained. Service could also have been better: upon checking out, we found that there was no one at the reception; nevertheless, the manager who subsequently attended to us was apologetic. The buffet breakfast was alright. For the price, we suppose it is still a reasonable accommodation if you are not very particular.

一家人入住了6晚，整體感覺很好。房間乾淨整潔。衞生這塊很放心，而且很安靜，雖然在5樓，但不吵鬧。 前台接待的小哥很熱情，及時幫我們反饋問題，尋找解決辦法。美女店長更是和藹可親，她溝通能力很強，及時高效地幫我們處理了一些特殊問題。我們也從焦慮中放鬆下來，放心入住了6晚。 退房時，我還特意加了貴店的微信，準備後期繼續選擇他們家，方便提前預訂房間。

As my family and I love to travel, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The service truly goes the extra mile, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple, yet excellent. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Kunming's Jiaochang Middle Road to see the jacarandas. You just turn right when you leave the hotel and you're on the Jacaranda Avenue – it's incredibly convenient! The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, provided amazing service. She greeted me with a smile, helped with my luggage, and even recommended a fantastic hotpot restaurant nearby, which truly was delicious. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was also very good; the rice noodles made by the breakfast auntie were even better than those I've had outside. The hotel room was very clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was very practical. Plus, there's a 'Xiao V' voice control system – you can control the TV and air conditioning just by speaking, without lifting a finger. I also really appreciated the free parking; for those of us traveling by car, finding parking can often be a nightmare. Staying at this hotel to see the jacarandas was definitely the right decision. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are all smiling and attentive, and you get to see the jacarandas – truly a worthwhile trip!

This is such a great hotel with a very convenient location, modern and new facility.Quite good for the tourist whatever family solo of business.Strongly recommend.

The first choice for a family of 4 travels, there are 2 rooms, the bed is large, you can rest well, the living room activity area is also very spacious, more comfortable than the hotel, the family can also live together, it is quite good. The location of the homestay is easy to find. The landlord’s check-in guidelines and video screens are very clear. The landlord is very enthusiastic and actively asks about our needs. The bedding and disposable items in the homestay are the same as the hotel, the first choice for family travel

住得很舒心，房間打掃得特別乾淨，犄角旮旯都沒死角，住着格外安心 。隔音效果不錯，關上門窗聽不到外邊的雜音，晚上能睡個踏實好覺。酒店位置也很方便，去滇池遊玩出行很順暢 ，打車過去也就30分鐘。滇池的湖光山色美得讓人沉醉，玩累了回到整潔安靜的房間，旅途的疲憊都消散了。下次來昆明還選這家！
