先説説訂這家店的初衷衝著“2025年新開業”和“曉山青系列”去的，之前住過其他城市的全季曉山青，印象很好。但這次到店後，確實有些失望。 最大的問題——煙味房比例偏高。 第一次開的房間煙味很重，申請換房後，前台給了第二間房的門卡，結果開門後煙味比第一間還明顯。之後請保潔員幫忙打開同樓層的幾間空房查看，幾乎每一間都有不同程度的異味。最後衹能請前台工作人員親自上樓，帶我們去另一樓層才找到一間基本可接受的房間。 其次是服務態度和後續處理。 連續換房折騰了很久，全程沒有任何工作人員主動安撫或表示歉意。我問保潔員和工作人員：有煙味的房間打掃時不會報備嗎？為什麼還繼續開給客人？對方均回答：保潔員鼻子可能習慣了，有的客人比較敏感才會覺得有問題。而工作人員則表示：客人抽煙他們也沒辦法。 換房過程中，幾位男前台態度比較冷淡。第一次換房時主訴是有煙味，其次是不想要角落房，工作人員電話直接裏説：你們要遠離電梯又不要角落房…但一層樓裏電梯和走廊盡頭之間還有幾間標間空房，且工作人員這樣回覆客人是否不妥？同時，在換房全程工作人員都沒有一句“抱歉讓您來回折騰”。對比其他品牌酒店遇到類似情況會主動跟進、多次安撫，這次全季在後續沒有任何問詢或關懷。倒是退房當天遇到的幾位女性前台人員比較熱情積極。 總結：新酒店硬件沒問題，但煙味管理和服務意識確實讓人失望。如果你對煙味敏感，建議慎重考慮這家。希望酒店能重視房態管理和員工培訓。

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is great if you like to experience the local market life and community activities at night in the area. Despite its close proximity to the busy market street, the rooms were very quiet. The rooms were comfortable and clean but the common areas were not very clean with clumps of dirt at the edges of the corridor carpets. One of the rooms had faulty amenities: the toilet bowl leaked water from the cistern onto the floor continuously and there was a perpetual puddle on the toilet floor; and the sink drain stopper keeps getting flipped into the closed position so the sink could not drain properly. Considering this is a relatively new hotel, we do not think it is very well maintained. Service could also have been better: upon checking out, we found that there was no one at the reception; nevertheless, the manager who subsequently attended to us was apologetic. The buffet breakfast was alright. For the price, we suppose it is still a reasonable accommodation if you are not very particular.

The hotel is located in a side door of Yunnan Normal University. It is very convenient to visit the former site of Southwest United University. It is also very close to Cuihu Lake. The room layout is quite comfortable. There is no elevator and no parking lot. It will be a bit inconvenient.

The high-speed Internet meets my various needs for leisure and work. The hotel's public areas are equally impressive. The gym is equipped with a variety of fitness equipment, whether it is a treadmill, barbell or various strength training equipment. The laundry room can not only wash clothes, but also has a dryer. It is very convenient to provide 24 hours. The hotel restaurant has a rich breakfast menu, as well as Yunnan's unique small pot rice noodles. The hotel's environment and facilities are so excellent that I feel happy every moment here. Whether it is a short stay or a long-term residence, this is a perfect choice.

The hotel is surrounded by universities so the area is quiet but not far away from central. The room was decent but great for the price. If you take Didi, make sure the pickup point is at the hotel’s parking lot (the lady at the front desk can help you!) because if u follow the default pickup point, it will point to the bus station in the main road and you’d need to walk a bit outside (from my experience, Didi’s drivers would rarely wait). Overall recommended.

之前跟朋友來住過一次，位置方便，本身也喜歡loft的大空間，這次過來辦事懶得看其他的就定了他們家，來了才知道換老闆了，房間整體提升了不少，洗澡拖鞋和一次性拖鞋、馬桶套、洗臉巾都配了，好貼心，房間衞生乾淨整潔，前台小哥哥也很友好，推薦大家來住

My top choice for visiting Kunming! Affordable, clean, and easy to find. The check-in guide provided by the housekeeper was very detailed and thoughtful, and they even recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. Thumbs up! Great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

住得很舒心，房間打掃得特別乾淨，犄角旮旯都沒死角，住着格外安心 。隔音效果不錯，關上門窗聽不到外邊的雜音，晚上能睡個踏實好覺。酒店位置也很方便，去滇池遊玩出行很順暢 ，打車過去也就30分鐘。滇池的湖光山色美得讓人沉醉，玩累了回到整潔安靜的房間，旅途的疲憊都消散了。下次來昆明還選這家！
