Hotele w: Lianhuachi area, Kunming

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is great if you like to experience the local market life and community activities at night in the area. Despite its close proximity to the busy market street, the rooms were very quiet. The rooms were comfortable and clean but the common areas were not very clean with clumps of dirt at the edges of the corridor carpets. One of the rooms had faulty amenities: the toilet bowl leaked water from the cistern onto the floor continuously and there was a perpetual puddle on the toilet floor; and the sink drain stopper keeps getting flipped into the closed position so the sink could not drain properly. Considering this is a relatively new hotel, we do not think it is very well maintained. Service could also have been better: upon checking out, we found that there was no one at the reception; nevertheless, the manager who subsequently attended to us was apologetic. The buffet breakfast was alright. For the price, we suppose it is still a reasonable accommodation if you are not very particular.

先説説訂這家店的初衷衝著“2025年新開業”和“曉山青系列”去的，之前住過其他城市的全季曉山青，印象很好。但這次到店後，確實有些失望。 最大的問題——煙味房比例偏高。 第一次開的房間煙味很重，申請換房後，前台給了第二間房的門卡，結果開門後煙味比第一間還明顯。之後請保潔員幫忙打開同樓層的幾間空房查看，幾乎每一間都有不同程度的異味。最後衹能請前台工作人員親自上樓，帶我們去另一樓層才找到一間基本可接受的房間。 其次是服務態度和後續處理。 連續換房折騰了很久，全程沒有任何工作人員主動安撫或表示歉意。我問保潔員和工作人員：有煙味的房間打掃時不會報備嗎？為什麼還繼續開給客人？對方均回答：保潔員鼻子可能習慣了，有的客人比較敏感才會覺得有問題。而工作人員則表示：客人抽煙他們也沒辦法。 換房過程中，幾位男前台態度比較冷淡。第一次換房時主訴是有煙味，其次是不想要角落房，工作人員電話直接裏説：你們要遠離電梯又不要角落房…但一層樓裏電梯和走廊盡頭之間還有幾間標間空房，且工作人員這樣回覆客人是否不妥？同時，在換房全程工作人員都沒有一句“抱歉讓您來回折騰”。對比其他品牌酒店遇到類似情況會主動跟進、多次安撫，這次全季在後續沒有任何問詢或關懷。倒是退房當天遇到的幾位女性前台人員比較熱情積極。 總結：新酒店硬件沒問題，但煙味管理和服務意識確實讓人失望。如果你對煙味敏感，建議慎重考慮這家。希望酒店能重視房態管理和員工培訓。

I came to Kunming for a trip, and it was a great experience. The front desk upgraded me to a family suite. The hotel facilities are brand new, the room is spacious, and the whole house is smart. The floors start from the 23rd floor, so they are all quite high. The hotel's decor and design are unique, and the environment is very good, showing a good quality. The bedding is comfortable and soft, and the soundproofing is excellent, instantly curing my fatigue after a tiring day of sightseeing in the city. There's free laundry, a gym, and parking. The front desk service is very thoughtful, and every staff member is enthusiastic and friendly. They helped me with my luggage, allowed a late check-out, and even gave me a fridge magnet as a souvenir when I left. The location is super convenient, close to Cuihu Lake, the old street, and the Jacaranda district. I stayed for three days and had a very comfortable stay. If it weren't for my travel plans, I would really want to stay a few more days. See you next time, Kunming! 👋

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. However, the hotel is quite hard to find—it’s inside a bank building, and the lobby is located on the third floor. Staff at the reception only speak Chinese, but they provide their WeChat, which makes communication easy and smooth. They are incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist. The rooms are clean, and overall, the hotel offers good value for money.

入住體驗真的超棒！位置很方便，出門逛街吃飯都不遠。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服得讓人秒入睡，隔音也不錯，晚上安安靜靜的。前台小姐姐小哥哥態度特別好，辦理入住退房都很麻利，還貼心提醒了附近的好去處。早餐種類挺豐富的，味道也在線，總之性價比很高，下次來還選這家！

恆盛酒店性價比太高了！這次帶娃到昆明玩，很幸運選到恆盛酒店，地理位置簡直是遛娃黨福音—步行6分鐘就能到圓通山動物園，去市中心商圈也才5分鐘，不管是逛景點還是覓食都超方便，樓下各類小吃店香味撲鼻，還有小朋友最愛逛的沃爾瑪。 我們房間儘管不大，但收拾得一塵不染，沒有半點異味，床墊軟硬度剛好，娃玩累了倒頭就睡。 酒店的親子設施坐落在4樓的空中花園，小童樂園雖然不算超大，但足夠孩子們暢玩一陣，大人還能在旁邊休息。除此之外，酒店還有免費健身房、室內溶洞泡池、自助洗衣房，設施齊全完善。 服務更是暖心又周到，到前台快速辦理入住，前台小姐姐全程笑臉相迎，看到我家有兩個小朋友還非常貼心地贈送了小朋友的早餐券。打掃衞生的阿姨也會主動打招呼，笑容 飲食方面性價比超高，酒店西式餐廳提供豐盛的中西自助早餐，7既有粥粉面飯混飩等中式主食，也有麪包、沙拉等西式餐點，大大降低了出行成本，味道也很在線，全家都吃得滿足。 這樣一家位置好、設施全、服務棒、價格親民的親子酒店，真的很難得！300多起的價格能享受到如此高品質的體驗，性價比直接拉滿。下次帶娃來昆明，一定還選這裏，也強烈推薦給計劃來昆明遛娃的寶爸寶媽們！

之前跟朋友來住過一次，位置方便，本身也喜歡loft的大空間，這次過來辦事懶得看其他的就定了他們家，來了才知道換老闆了，房間整體提升了不少，洗澡拖鞋和一次性拖鞋、馬桶套、洗臉巾都配了，好貼心，房間衞生乾淨整潔，前台小哥哥也很友好，推薦大家來住
