Hotele w: South Asia Feature No. 1 City, Kunming

Doświadczenie związane z zameldowaniem: 1. Niedaleko Złotego Konia i Jadeitowego Koguta. Można dojść do niego w kilkanaście minut. Nie jest przy głównej drodze, ale łatwo tam wjechać i wyjechać. 2. Zatrzymałem się w pokoju dwuosobowym typu Superior na 8. piętrze. Pokój był nieco większy, z balkonem i rozsądnym rozkładem. 3. Łazienka jest oddzielona od mokrej i suchej. Temperatura ciepłej wody jest wysoka, ale ciśnienie wody jest niestabilne. Głównym powodem jest to, że ręczniki w łazience są stare i lekko żółte; 4. Wyciąg z pomieszczenia wykorzystuje centralną regulację temperatury w hotelu. Klimatyzator pokojowy jest jedynie udekorowany i nie może samodzielnie regulować funkcji ogrzewania i chłodzenia. Temperatura ogrzewanego pomieszczenia hotelowego wynosi aż 27 lub 28 stopni; 5. Na dole jest bar, w nocy panuje hałas, a na dole aktualnie trwają prace drogowe, które o 11:30 są jeszcze w budowie, co ma ogromny wpływ na wypoczynek; 6. Hotel nie posiada własnego parkingu. Parking na parterze należy do obiektu i trzeba za niego zapłacić na własny koszt. Jak widać na rysunku 5, meldowałem się około godziny 9:30 wieczorem i wyjechał o 9 rano. Opłata za parkowanie wynosi 17 juanów, wyłącznie w celach informacyjnych.

酒店位於別墅區，環境非常不錯，周圍綠化設施做的很到位，空氣清新，環境優雅，房間打掃的也很乾凈，一塵不染服務態度很好有問必答，性價比很高，當時接待的前台小姐姐（佳佳）熱情周到，給升級了房型，有求必應很貼心，酒店位置交通各方面都不錯環境很好，床上用品乾淨整潔，一夜好夢，離海埂大壩也很近出門遊玩十分方便，推薦給大家，和父親出遊，長者家也非常滿意，離開時，前台另一個小姐姐 幫提行李上車，感恩！

Had a nice stay here. Spacious and clean. It really looks just like the pictures. Beautiful views of the city. Great walking street just outside with lots of food vendors and shops. Would definitely stay here again. There was a small issue with smell when you first walk in, not sure if it’s the pipes or maybe being near a garbage chute. Staff said they would take care of it but it persisted. Only noticeable when you first walk in so not a big deal. Entry is shared with another hotel and apartments so it was a bit confusing at first. But the front desk staff are super nice and really helpful to help you find your way.

這是一家新開的Holiday Inn Express智選假日酒店，評分打得很高。我臨時決定入住這家酒店，我的入住日期是2月6日至2月15日。入住期間，受到很多照顧。尤其是經理章先芳先生和銷售經理程卓先生，他們的工作態度讓人敬佩。還有一位見證了我在大堂加班的值夜班的小姐姐沒來得及問名字。房間安排在面朝雲南日報大廈的方向。整個入住期間，我每天都從點滴中感受到這家酒店管理團隊的熱情、專業、負責，多次看見酒店各管理人員到店親力親為，他們的工作成果都很讓人敬佩。絕對會推薦給朋友給人找酒店、商務出差，一個人旅行選擇住這家酒店的話還是要多出房間，不過目前大堂座位不多，衹有兩圍卡座、一圈沙發，餐廳除了早餐，未開放點餐，如果大堂座位更多、餐廳位置往門口移動，開放咖啡區域絕對會改變酒店的目前定位，我看見住客主要是家庭出遊和出差為主。在我工作的國家當地Holiday Inn是一個很好的地段位置，是很多人下班後、出差、週中日常、週末的去處。最後，分享一些我工作的國家上個聖誕節的照片吧！

Poza lokalizacją wszystko inne jest wspaniałe. Jeśli nie masz nic przeciwko taksówce lub e-hailingowi, nie ma problemu. Jednakże e-mailing jest problemem dla obcokrajowców. Nie możesz zarejestrować konta bez numeru lokalnego ze względu na problem z płatnością. Aby się zarejestrować, potrzebujesz lokalnego konta bankowego. To raczej kondotel. Najbliższy dworzec kolejowy oddalony jest o 30 minut spacerem. Obok hotelu znajduje się małe centrum handlowe. Oprócz pokoju podoba mi się także personel przy ladzie. Są pomocni i przyjaźni. Śniadanie było dobre. Jeśli prowadzę samochód, nie mam nic przeciwko zatrzymaniu się w tym miejscu.

The room is definitely a lot more worn down than on the pictures, cleanliness is fine apart from the occasion hair here and there. I've read similar things about many other hotels in Kunming so I guess the standards for hotels in Kunming are quite low and buildings quite old. Overall it was a good affordable stay, the lady at the front desk was very friendly👍

The hotel is just a short walk from YingHai Rd MRT Exit A, super convenient for anyone staying there. It's walking distance to Seagull View Point at DianChi. The room is spacious, the furnishing feel like it's 5-star hotel. Come with afternoon tea buffet and breakfast. Highly recommended for traveller that needs convenience to commute with MRT. Can easily get to downtown shopping district at Nanping.

I had a great experience staying at the Atour Hotel Kunming Haoyue Tiandi. The high floor offered expansive views, and the minimalist modern style, combined with excellent cleanliness, made for a very comfortable stay. The staff provided good service, and the location was convenient for getting around, being close to Kunming Railway Station. Overall, I was satisfied and would recommend it.

Absolutely terrific experience with this hotel. Staff were warm and welcoming, catering to our needs. Breakfast was a great combination of western and Chinese. All organic free of pesticides. The environment was great close to the scenery with the park right outside and the cbd 10 minutes drive away. Would come back to stay again.

The location was near to a few shopping malls and shopping streets (came alive on a Friday), room was nice and comfortable though they have the same problem as other accommodations as they don't have hooks in their toilets. The service was excellent, they were always able to resolve our requests. Do note that this is not Novotel hotel, it is Novotel Living which is a cheaper option, though their lobbies are just side by side and we can use the Novotel hotel facilities.
