Exceptional Stay at Pullman Wuxi New Lake – Top-notch Service and Comfort I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Wuxi New Lake, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations in every possible way. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality was outstanding. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. A special mention goes to Hotel Manager Mike, whose dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Mike went above and beyond to make sure my experience was seamless and enjoyable — from offering local recommendations to checking in personally to ensure I was comfortable. His professionalism and genuine care for guests are what make this hotel shine. The hotel itself is well designed, with spacious rooms that are very comfortable. The facilities, including the fitness center and indoor pool, were immaculate and well-maintained. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to both Western and Asian tastes.

A cute hotel with a lovely Korean district right below! So close to the metro station! The room was generally clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend given the price!

I had a great stay here. Very nice hotel. Easy to find. Great breakfast. Great service. Excellent room. I Loved the room and the bathtub especially. The tv had a great mix of foreign and Chinese shows. The shower was amazing as well. Tons of good places nearby to order from as well. Stellar for the money.

Enjoyed our stay here! Walkable distance from metro station. Some nice food downstairs (especially the xlb store). Hotel checked us in when we reached early. Service from the ladies at the reception was very good, fast delivery when requested for items to room as well. Free washing machine and dryers provided. When there was a queue for it, hotel sent a staff to help with the washing and drying. Very very good service! One thing that can be improved is the air conditioning. Booked 2 rooms, aircon in 1 room was faulty and checked room the 2nd night but that room had cigarette smell (inconsiderate guest). Reception applologied and sent us back with gift. Would definitely consider staying again when I'm back here!

The hotel's location is near the Train station and a lot of food there .

Was given an upgrade when checking in, and given a king sized bed on the top most floor. Room size was adequate and cozy, though it kinda differed from what I had seen and booked online. The superior queen room A that I had booked somehow seemed larger, and had separate shower and bathtub facilities, whilst my room only had a tub and shower combo. Anyway, the room seemed newly renovated and well maintained and clean, so no complaints there. It is conveniently located, with a subway station just right in front of the hotel, and walking distance to 2 malls with supermarkets. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was decent, though a better variety of food offered would have been preferred. All in all, a pleasant stay and experience, and this hotel will definitely be in serious consideration when I next visit Wuxi again.

Istnieje też kąpiel do kąpieli.

The location is excellent and was very convenient for where I needed to be. The check in was ultra smooth and the girls at the front desk were fantastic. They even gave me a big warm cookie upon arrival. They told me about all the details of the pool etc which was great. The room was excellent. Very clean and well put together. Amazing bath tub!!!! Good TV with some good channels on there. Excellent service all around. I would be delighted to stay here again.

The service was perfect, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk team, in particular, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone, whether traveling for business or with family.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was attentive. The hotel facilities were complete, including a laundry room and gym. Breakfast was quite varied, and they even offered late-night congee.
