Hotele w: Colorful Yunnan Paradise, Kunming

We did not realize the lobby, the hotel, the swimming pool and the breakfast area are all in different locations, requiring walking some distance to each, mind you very tired from playing all day in the park 😂. Other than that everything else was excellent, especially the service staff, very friendly.

Hotel was expected of a Crowne Plaza. Facilities, amenities and food were all good, with an indoor swimming pool. Some of the rooms on the higher floors can see Dian Chi and the theme park beside the hotel. Location of hotel is a little far from everything else.

Very good hotel for the price. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. The owner spoke English and introduced us to the hotel. The staff was very friendly. We could park our bikes in a closed room, safely. What a service !

We booked a twin bedroom and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room. It was also very clean. The washing machine provided is especially helpful for long-term travellers. In China, having WeChat is essential, as all important details are usually communicated through the app. There are many food stalls right below the hotel, which is very convenient. Just a note: the hotel occupies certain floors within a larger building, so it's helpful to remember the building and floor numbers in advance.

離市區遠，在七彩雲南度假村這邊，而且特別難找到住宅，入口彎彎繞繞，最難的是停車不在這棟樓下，要走5分鐘去地面。#房間設施特別齊全乾凈，有點電熱毯，洗衣機，有麻將桌，乾淨漂亮視野好。#服務收按金，要住户自己打掃和扔垃圾。沒有暖氣，開暖氣片格外收費不菲。

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

酒店是老闆自己的房子，老闆是個閲歷豐富的90後帥哥，房子在海晏村裡，可以直接把車開進來，其他旅遊車輛均不準入內，海晏村的日落超美，一會上圖，離海晏村幾步之遙的撈魚河更美，水杉和落羽杉及滇池的水組成了唯美夢幻世界，景區內各種小吃不勝枚舉，美景美食讓人流連忘返，老闆晚上會給客人調製雞尾酒，大家圍在公共區域品嚐美酒聊天，拉近了彼此間距離，清晨老闆遞上一杯冰美式，喚醒睡意惺忪的同時也感受到家的温暖，推薦入住。我們住的時間段，房屋後有個公廁，據説很快就要推倒，但是入住房間內一點味道沒有，大家可以忽略。房間床品很舒服，全屋智能，熱水洗漱水流充足，我們晚上去斗南花市，老闆一直留門守候，是個有温度的小老闆，推薦入住。

This stay experience really exceeded expectations, and you must praise the boss! The people are super warm and polite, and they are very enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout the whole process. They help with the luggage when they first arrive. They also take the initiative to introduce us to the delicious and fun places around. If you have any questions, you can be on call. You are sincere and gentle, and there is no sense of distance at all. The environment of the homestay itself is also superb. The interior is warm and cured log wind. The public rest area is exquisite and comfortable. The courtyard garden is lush with green plants. The details are carefully taken care of everywhere. The room is clean and tidy. The projection viewing experience is great. The small corner of the balcony is particularly comfortable. The rooms are clean and ambient, both in public areas and in guest rooms. The accommodation is comfortable, the boss is warm, the price is full, I will choose this next time, and I really recommend it to friends who want to relax and travel quietly! And it is very close to Haitang Village and Laoyuhe Wetland Park. It is a beautiful scenery when you go out.

This is the champagne of home stays. We have been travelling for nearly a year and this has to be hands down the best experience we’ve had. Joy and the team here was absolutely wonderful. World class customer service. Among all the highlights was also the breakfast on the rooftop. Such such incredible food. I can’t talk highly enough of this place. The room itself is cosy and gorgeous with high quality finishings. We loved it here so much we spent more time in this homestay than outside. Shout out to the brothers who helped us prepare breakfast tirelessly and even helped us bike some very heavy luggage’s on our way back to grab a didi. This will be our go-to place whenever we are in Kunming.

設施：酒店在商場的22樓，需要從雙子星天璇那個樓的入口進去，電梯挺快的。還有一個美宜家便利店，有啥小東西需要買的，這裏就能愉快搞定。 環境：房間很棒，我們定的270度的那種房型，棒棒噠，視野非常好，面積相對大一點。可以點外賣，外賣小哥能送到房間門口，很方便。樓下就是第一城商場，逛吃都很便利。 衞生：還行，過來旅遊入住幾天，阿姨都會打掃🧹乾淨，會給好些礦泉水。 服務：要表揚前台💁🏻♀️的妹紙，很耐心，態度很好，我們停車遇到問題了，前台妹紙幫我處理好了，很迅速很及時，這裏非常感謝🙏🏻😊五星好評哈！！！
