Cudowne miejsce na pobyt, uwielbiam atmosferę i energię samego hostelu. Nie zostałam na tyle długo, aby skorzystać z wielu atrakcji i społeczności, ale zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce. Zatrzymałam się w pokoju 8-osobowym i doceniłam czystość łóżka, prześcieradła, szafki itp. To bardzo ważne, ponieważ to jedyna dostępna przestrzeń. Łazienka była w porządku, nie wiedziałam, że jest wspólna, ale nie miałam z nią żadnych problemów – i była też czysta. Podoba mi się możliwość skorzystania z restauracji i darmowej herbaty w recepcji. Lokalizacja jest również świetna! Kunming to urocze i artystyczne miasto 🫶

We literally walked into a “time travel” place back to ancient house equipped with modern facilities, the host was extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful too, they led and help us with our luggage from where were dropped off by Didi driver the nearest point before the pedestrian street of the ancient town starts. The hotel is located with the ancient town and a short walk from the famous 金馬Square at where modern buzzing commercial centres located in Kunming. Good place to stay for the experience of an ancient “house” with good breakfast, facilities and friendly host.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Park Hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Green Lake with its relaxing and beautiful surroundings. The service was truly excellent, and the healthy breakfast options were a great way to start the day. My room was clean and comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the well-equipped gym located at the top floor, offering a stunning 360-degree view of the city. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

Traveling with my parents, we received a free room upgrade. The room was clean and complimentary fruit was provided. The front desk staff, especially one young lady, was very patient and helpful. The hotel is very close to Cuihu Park and within walking distance of Kunming Old Street, which is incredibly convenient.

Choosing Atour for my Kunming trip was definitely the right call! The location is absolutely perfect. It's right in the city center, and just 50 meters downstairs is the 900-year-old Kunming Old Street. Nanping Street, Nanqiang Night Market, and Shuncheng Shopping Mall are all within walking distance. You can easily grab all sorts of local Yunnan snacks and flower souvenirs, and the whole area just buzzes with life. It's only 200 meters from Wuyi Road subway station, and a few minutes by taxi to places like Cuihu Lake and the Military Academy, making travel to and from the train station and airport super convenient. Tourists really don't have to worry about getting around at all. What surprised me most was how peaceful it was despite being in a bustling area. Downstairs, the commercial district is lively, but once you close your room door, the soundproofing is excellent, and you won't be disturbed at all when sleeping at night. The room hygiene was impeccable. There's a fresh air system throughout the room, a wet/dry separated bathroom, and standard 'naked cotton' bedding and Deep Sleep Pro pillows – after a long day of traveling, lying down was incredibly relaxing. The 65-inch screen-mirroring TV, mini-fridge, and smart toilet were all fully equipped. The natural light was great, and the space felt spacious and not at all cramped. The breakfast buffet was truly impressive. They had all sorts of Yunnan specialties like freshly made rice noodles, tofu pudding, soy milk, and Ersi (rice noodles), with a rich variety of dishes. Plus, they even let you pack food to go if you're in a hurry. The hotel also offers complimentary self-service laundry facilities with an iron, a small gym, and free parking for those driving. The front desk service was gentle and thoughtful. Check-in was fast, and they proactively offered flower cakes and hot tea. They were also very patient and accommodating with requests like luggage delivery and late check-out. The attention to detail made me feel really at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!

We are happy with our stay. It is very near the GREEN PARK. Just in front of the hotel. They even have a washer and dryer. Just minus point is the room is small and dark. Not suitable for family. But the front desk have informed us about the room is small but we did not expect it to be really cramp and so dim😆 because it mentions 2 bed. But its really a great hotel to stay. The staff is nice and helpful. The bed is comfy. I really recommended it for couples and solo traveller. If you want to go to the old town, take a didi. Its only 5-10 minuted by car.

Elegancki, nowoczesny design hotelu emanował świeżym urokiem, uzupełnionym czystym, eleganckim pokojem i wygodnymi łóżkami. Doceniliśmy przemyślane wyposażenie w przybory toaletowe i kapcie dla dzieci, chociaż napotkaliśmy drobny problem z gorącą wodą w umywalce dla dzieci. Pomimo naszego późnego przybycia zostaliśmy ciepło przywitani firmowymi wypiekami kwiatowymi z Yunnan. Zapewnienie nieograniczonej ilości wody butelkowanej i bezpłatnej pralni samoobsługowej zwiększyło wygodę. Położony zaledwie kilka chwil od malowniczego Green Lake i blisko Old Street i innych atrakcji, lokalizacja była idealna. 30-minutowa jazda taksówką zabrała nas do malowniczego parku Dian Lake Haigeng. Chociaż śniadanie w formie bufetu było tylko w porządku, to niezwykle przyjazna barmanka naprawdę się wyróżniała, częstując nas pysznymi koktajlami wieczorem. Basen na dachu oferował zapierające dech w piersiach widoki, choć towarzyszyły mu silne wiatry i chłodna woda. Byłem trochę zaskoczony, słysząc, że musieliśmy zapłacić dodatkowo, gdy poprosiłem o godzinne przedłużenie wymeldowania. Zazwyczaj powiedziałbyś „tak”, jeśli pokój nie jest zarezerwowany dla następnych gości, lub „nie”, jeśli jest zarezerwowany. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nasz pobyt był bardzo przyjemny.

It was a great choice for us, especially because the hotel is located in the historical area of the city and blends in very well with the surroundings, offering the same cultural charm. The receptionist was hospitable, and check-in was quick, with welcoming tea. The room was clean and comfortable, and we didn’t notice any cigarette smell, which was great. Breakfast was decent, I especially enjoyed the fruit options. I would stay here again next time, great value for the price.

This historic hotel is very charming, and despite its age has all the modern features you’d expect. Located right next to the Green lake, the atmosphere is peaceful and the decor has a classy 1950s vibe. The rooms and public areas (including the swimming pool and changing rooms) were very clean and well looked after, and there were lots of nice touches that made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location—easy to access, close to tourist spots, and just a short walk to the metro. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were very polite and helpful, always ready to assist. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the standard time, which we really appreciated. Luggage storage was also available. Overall, a fantastic experience—10/10!
