"I want to write a review about a restaurant. One of the best restaurant service experiences I have ever had. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were amazing—positive, professional, and genuinely attentive. I would especially like to mention one young waiter who served our table. Unfortunately, I do not know his name, but his kindness and dedication truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience and felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Thank you for providing such exceptional service. I am truly impressed by your hospitality and look forward to visiting again."

Lodge’s buildings are scattered around with pools and restaurants around the lake. The setting is serene and inspiring. The rooms a large and comfortable. The views wherever building you are in are stunning. There are restaurants for every taste. Even a winery is on the property."

"Good afternoon, we stayed at this hotel for three nights and really enjoyed it. It was spotlessly clean, with crisp white linens and towels, everything was new, and it was very cozy. The breakfasts were delicious and filling, and you'd be hard-pressed to eat them all. Everything was fresh and delicious. In the mornings, they play soft, soulful music for breakfast. You can eat while listening to the music and admiring the mountains—it's beautiful! The hotel is a bit far from the center of Kvareli, but it's very cozy, quiet, and intimate! The owner deserves a special mention; she's a wonderful, warm, intelligent, and beautiful woman (like a mother)! Thank you very much for helping and advising you if you have any questions or difficulties. If you're going to stay in Kvareli, I'd definitely recommend staying there!"

"The location is incredible, with a beautiful lake and views. The reception building, hotel lobby, terrace, and spa are all very stylish. Excellent breakfasts and a good restaurant. The hotel has its own unique aroma, which is also nice. However, it's clearly tired; there are cobwebs in the room, scratches on the walls, and a hook falling off here and there. The staff also lacked initiative; no one makes an effort to catch your eye or initiate a conversation, but if you ask, they'll help you with a smile. They also didn't tell us about the excursions and other activities we learned about upon checkout. It's a shame, because we would have definitely bought something. Overall, these are minor issues, and we would happily return here again and again. I highly recommend it!"

"Dzień dobry, byliśmy w tym hotelu przez trzy dni. Bardzo nam się podobało. Świeże śnieżne bielizny i ręczniki. Piękne, pyszne śniadanie i oszustwa można zjeść)) wszystkie świeże i smaczne. Śniadanie, w tym ciche duszne muzyki, śniadanie słuchasz muzyki i patrzysz na góry, piękno!!! Hotel jest daleko od centrum Quareli, ale bardzo przytulny, cichy i душевный!!! Poszczególne miejsce należy zaznaczyć gospodyni hotelu, to wspaniała, mądra, piękna kobieta (jak matka)!!! Dziękuję jej bardzo, pomogą i poinformują Cię, jeśli masz jakieś pytania lub trudności. Jeśli zostaniesz w Quareli, to tylko tam!!!"
