"The doorman gave us a frosty reception after 7 pm. We had to wait until our second call for him to open the door... and he refused to help us put our heavy suitcases on the trolley, responding with, "I don't touch guests' luggage!" The next morning, the receptionists were just as unpleasant after our complaint. One receptionist even followed us into the lobby, shouting at us... it's unbelievable for a place dedicated to well-being. We won't be returning to this gloomy hotel in the evening, because of the reception and the rooms, which are like a hospital, only worse (metal furniture, outdated bathroom, a kitchenette but no dish towels or dish soap)."

"We visited Le Poulic by chance as we were driving through France and are so glad we happened upon it. Isabelle and Florent were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, even helping us to find somewhere to have dinner at the last minute when we arrived. The location is incredibly beautiful; there is a lovely modern pool surrounded by rolling views of the countryside. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, too. Thank you so much! We hope to return in the future!"
