Stayed here over Christmas. We had a very good experience at this hotel. Yes it needs a bit of updating but we had a great time. The staff made the effort to make the reception and dining area very festive. Rooms spacious compared to some we have stayed in. All balconies appear to overlook the pool area. Other reviewers have complained that you had to pay one Euro for a plastic cup (which is refundable at the end of your stay.) This is a great idea. No empty glasses around the pool. No abuse of the All Inclusive but you can rent four cups if your that way inclined. If the one Euro for a cup is a thing people moan about I believe that they have never found a decent hotel and love whinging about everything. The food was fine. Good selection at breakfast. Full English if you want it. Cereals, fruit, bread, cold meats, omelettes if required. Evening meal always had something to choose from . I found the staff to be friendly. The pool area is fine, plenty of sun beds. Pool is a bit cold. About a five minute walk down hill to the main *****. Overall would recommend this hotel. Going back in February

I booked a week here recently and needed to cancel. I cancelled within the time frame and was advised a 150 euro cancellation fee, which I accepted. Imagine my surprise on the day of the booking, the entire amount was taken out of bank my account, leaving me unable to cover my own bills!! I have emailed the resort over a week ago and nobody has got back to me. I'm beyond disgusted and want my money back asap.

The hotel facilities are good and its location is Ok if you don't mind walking up quite a steep hill. Our holiday was spoiled by the constant playing of monotonous "rave" music from the bar. It was loud all around the pool and on our balcony. Started at 10.00 am and finished at 11.00pm. This is a crazy habit of a hotel because, these days, if customers want to listen to music they wear earbuds and listen to the music of their choice. Won't be coming back. Of course, if you like wall to wall monotonous music then it wont be problem.

We were a little worried following the reviews, but we shouldn't have been. The staff were friendly from our time of arrival to leaving. Rooms were dated but clean with what is required if you are self-catering. The pool area was also very clean. We alternated between the pool and the beach. It was 10.50 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach. This hotel is in an excellent position, just a short stroll to the beach and the many restaurants/bars. We can't comment on hotel entertainment as we ate out each evening, so we were not around to see anything that may have been on. Honestly, this hotel was a pleasant surprise after reading previous reviews. We thoroughly enjoyed our break at the Lanzaratte Palm.

Family of nine aged from 8 to 66 just returned. We were concerned about some of the reviews but decided we'd go there with mindset to have a good time whatever Easy check- in etc, found the 3 apartments more than adequate, food was not brilliant but we found it OK the kids loved it, the pool bar A/I was very good and we thought the pool though cold at first was great, we virtually had to ourselves cold water swimming is all the rage in our neck of the woods in Cumbria. The biggest asset of this hotel is the staff, all lovely and friendly people, including the manager and we would all definitely return

We didn’t have all inclusive because we don’t drink or eat that much, and San Miguel is disgusting. The room we had 133 on ground floor was excellent with fridge, microwave, hob, toaster etc. The TV sadly was rubbish but we don’t come on holiday for that. The food was good- remember if you want high end menus then go to Aqua Suites up the road. Staff were great, especially on reception and the atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and easy going. Room was cleaned every other day which was adequate and done to a good standard. Would I come here again- absolutely yes - don’t forget that we flew 2000 miles, with free transfers etc. So if you come here don’t expect a 5 star experience- that would cost you 3 times the amount!!!!

Another amazing stay. From the minute we arrived and met with Isabel on reception who was amazing and so helpful we have had a great time. We were all inclusive and the meals were lovely and weather was fabulous. The house keeping staff were so friendly and very polite and did a great job, thank you x Can’t wait to come back in 4 weeks for a longer stay in November. See you all soon :-)

Just back from a lovely 2 weeks at the Lanzarote Palm - there was a hiccup with the kitchen on the first couple of days but the food improved every day after that. Breakfast was my favourite and I loved the fact they served until 10.30am. We were all inclusive and, for the price we paid via Easyjet holidays, cannot fault the package, we always found something to eat and had our fill of beer and sangria! The place is absolutely spotless and the staff are constantly cleaning - they work hard to look after you. We didn't see any cockroaches and even when we left some half eaten fruit out in our apartment there was no sign of any ants etc when we got back. The pool isn't heated but is clean and refreshing, always plenty of sunbeds even when we went down after lunch. Rooms are great with mini kitchen and fridge. The location is ideal - five minutes walk from the centre of the *****, around 20 mins to the old town and harbour. We'll definitely be going back!

Very disappointed with our holiday. Hotel clean and tidy and that's the only plus to this hotel. The food is terrible no choice, very basic food, was surprised as its classed as a 3 star. Kitchen closed down after 4 days no explanation or offered use of a near by hotel. Entertainment was a singer outside under a area that probably sits 50 people at most twice a week. No amenities for children. On a hill so if you have walking problems it's not for you. Very disappointed all round.
