"We arrived today after booking an ocean view appartment at extra cost. This was booked for a special occasion and we were very much looking forward to sitting on the balcony and looking out to the sea and pool. Instead we have the view of a wall as seen in the photo. This is far less of a view than even the pictures advertised of the lateral sea view. We complained and were told that nothing can be done as they are full. The receptionist was very nice and friendly and explained that she was already informed by management that if we were not happy we should be informed that the room has been categorised as sea view. They are very aware of this issue but continue to allocate and charge for this room as an ocean view. It is a real shame as the apartments are in.a lovely location and we would have been extremely happy if we had got what we paid for."

"Anka, Emilio and Cecilia in reception were so helpful with every request and made the stay a pleasure. The apartment was spotless all apartments ha e a terrace facing the sun all day. It was a fantastic stay. Shop and bar serving food on site was really handy. Definitely be back."

"This hotel is really lovely and we have just had a 5 night stay. Myself, husband and 15yr old daughter wanted somewhere not too busy as our daughter has Autism and doesn't like busy places. This hotel is so tranquil and peacful, it was perfect for us. Yes the hill is really steep but shortish. We got a lovely warm welcome from a young guy on reception and all the staff were nice. We were lucky and were given a poolside room, not pool view but our front door was poolside. The rooms are lovely, spacious, clean and the aircon worked well. We only had food from the pool bar, it was nice and prices were reasonable. Cheese pizza €8.50. Sangria was lovely. We loved sitting at the pool bar having a drink. If you wanted a sunbed with unberella you did need to be out by 8:30 am. There is a supermarket just opposite called Albertros, that have a fresh bakery section. It's our first time to this resort and we all loved it, lots of lovely bars & restaurants"

"We absolutely loved Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort. Our first impression was spectacular, the hotel has a fantastic appearance which is continued in the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Our reception was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond for us particularly the guest relations desk who secured a wheelchair friendly pool reservation for us. My sister is in a wheelchair and it was lovely to be in a place that was completely accessible. The spa was accessible and the treatments were amazing. The food was incredible, so fresh and delicious. The sangria was the best we’ve ever had! Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back!"

"Beautiful hotel, the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Cava on arrival, cases taken to room, turn down service on an evening. Excellent choice at breakfast, varied menu on an evening, always great service. Everywhere was exceptionally clean. I loved the special touches especially the fact that the lady in the bar remembered our exact drinks order after just one night."

"Zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj na wakacje w golfa, graliśmy 4 razy. Pola golfowe były dość trudne w pierwszej rundzie, potem poznałeś pole lepiej. Bardzo przyjemne. Hotel jest niesamowity, fantastyczne widoki, sala rozrywkowa znakomita. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, zwłaszcza desery najlepsze, jakie kiedykolwiek jadłem, ale jestem pewien, że przybrałem na wadze. Ogólnie fantastyczny hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji."

"Spotless, lovely place, very central and friendly. Debs diner is great , she does a good Sunday lunch, breakfast and an amazing blt toastie. Pool is freezing, stayed here a few times now and going again after the refurb in august , then again at Christmas"

Gloria Izaro Club Hotel

"Nice hotel at the top of an hill. Only 10 min walk down to old town and beach. Food was very nice good selection for breakfast and evening meal. Plenty of sunbeds even thou people still reserved them. Room was a bit dated. No shower screen or curtain around shower so water went every where. But they do provide you with a mop and bucket."
