Very pleasant staff
Excellent breakfast I was most impressed with the espresso machine and the Lanzhou noodles
The gym needs updating as the treadmills were not working as were the exercise bikes
The room refrigerator wasn’t cold enough
Central location and would stay there again

Location is good. Close to pedestrians street and city attractions / shop. Room quite small but ok for solo traveller. Breakfast catered for locals taste.

This hotel is top. Service is great. You can see in the details when they clean or prepare the room twice a day. The room is also quite good, in quality and cleaning. The only think I dint like is that there was no remote control for the air conditioning and I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it off.
Breakfast is food and varied.
I would also like to thank Bobby at the front desk for his help. He speaks perfect English and helped us a lot.

非常好的地理位置，離中山橋步行1公里多，晚上吃完飯就溜達到河邊了。樓下是正寧街小吃，各種牛肉麪、酸奶、奶茶非常多！
房間很好，不愧是老牌五星級酒店。大堂很氣派。
感謝大堂副理小斐，前台小汪的熱情服務，非常貼心！辛苦了！體驗感很好！房間第二天還送了水果，來之前也看了半天攻略，他家口碑還行。下次來蘭州還選他家～～

我訂的是普通商務大床房，辦理入住時，前台的小汪和小吳免費升級了面積較大帶沙發的標準間，原以為床比較小，但其實有1.3米寬，還送了歡迎水果。早餐有沙拉等西式早餐，現磨咖啡，還有蘭州特色牛肉麪，灰斗子和釀皮等，特別是牛肉麪很地道。
