„The hotel is new, the rooms are big and incredible clean. I had reserved a room with a small window and I was upgraded to a room with a big window. I had a view to the courtyard, so there was no noise during the day nor at night. It is really a very good hotel (even if the breakfast is average). I will certainly come back.”

서역에서 일단 2층이던가 3층이던가 출구로 나와서 우측으로 크게 이름 적힌 거 보고 쭉 가시면 됩니다 이게 맞나 싶은 주차장을 지나면 바로 연결되는데, 은근한 경사길이라 짐이 많으면 힘들 수 있음
눈으로 보이는 데 있지만 넉넉하게는 10분 정도 걸어야하고
갈때는 들어가는 거까지 감안해서 최소 3-40분 전에 출발하기를 권장”

The staff is super charming and kind and helpful
The location is in the newly developed ”old street” which is very charming. In the area there are many restaurants and some bars. Yet the hotel is very quiet.
There is underground parking and a lift directly from parking to hotel floors.
The room is very well designed and well equipped.
I particularly loved the fact that although I arrived around midnight I was able to give my clothes for washing and they were ready when I woke up. They have a washing machine with a dryer function. And I really needed some laundry after two weeks of travel across South Korea.
The 2pm check out was also quite amazing as I was super tired after my long journey day before”

„The hotel in not the Mercure hotel and is abusing the name in the English version of the posting in Trip.com.
There is no sign on the hotel shovin the Mercure name which makes difficult to identify it, also because the entrance is definitely nothing like a Mercure hotel would show.
A couple of block down the street there is a hotel with big Mercure sign. I can guess this one got in trouble and now nowhere shows the brand name apart than in the catchy post on Trip, and the reception denies that they are the Mercure.
Apart of that the place is a chimney only suitable for heavy smokers and smoke preservation.
I had to go through a number of rooms to get one where I could try to breath without choking.
It is obvious that any smoke detection system is permanently disabled and therefore the place is at extremely high risk of fire.
Apart of this the place is underpriced for a legitimate Mercure hotel, but largely overpriced for the nearly 2 stars place they are.
Despite the troubles, the personnel did their best to maintain a good level of service and tried their best to accommodate, including offering free cancellation.”

„This trip is really the right choice for this hotel! First of all, the location is very good to find and the traffic is convenient. The front desk lady/brother service is particularly warm, and when checking in, he also sent hot tea intimately, and instantly swept away all the way tired.
The room was more spacious than expected, the bedding was very clean and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The most pleasant surprise is that the sound insulation effect is great, which is a boon for me who sleeps lightly. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the hot water is out in seconds, and the water pressure is also sufficient.
Although the breakfast is not particularly rich, it is exquisite and delicious, and the local specialty snacks are worth a try.

„訂這家酒店前一定要看這篇！要慎重考慮！做好心裡準備！這家最大的問題是照片跟現實出入很大，個人不建議久留！
首先，這家酒店沒有電梯，需要抬行李上二樓的房間。雖然酒店員工可以幫忙拿上去，但始終不方便，尤其是行動不便的人士。前台也很小，只是樓梯旁的一個角落。這酒店除了平常的房型，還有時鐘房可訂。房間內桌面上的黑色盒子更有情趣內衣販賣，整體感覺就是一個情趣酒店，完全不是預想中正經的特惠大床房。
另外，酒店根本沒有提供任何房間內的照片。不知道其他房型是不是跟圖片裡一樣，但對比酒店提供的兩張廁所照片來看是嚴重的偏離現狀。實質房內的廁所跟浴室是同一個空間，不是乾濕分離，花灑也有很多污垢，很不衛生。所提供的洗髮水和沐浴露也是很小，擺放的很凌亂。酒店寫明的浴室化妝放大鏡也根本找不到，房間里只有一面大鏡子。
此外，酒店有部分設施損壞，比較介意的是防盜鎖是壞的，根本用不了，只能靠門上的門鎖來鎖門。隔音也不是很好，經常聽到走廊的聲音，住起來沒什麼安全感。完全不建議女生住！
因此，一定要慎重考慮！這裡有提供房間裡的照片，千萬不要信這個房型的照片。如果看完照片還可接受，已做好心理準備的話，那可以預訂，因為不得不說真的很近高鐵站。
題外話，從高鐵站外的橋就去酒店時，我沒找到電梯，也需要自己抬行李下樓梯，要注意一下。”
