People at the reception were friendly and very helpful. The room with a large window has great view over the Yellow River and was fine, everything worked well, as to be expected from Atour. We arrived very late in the night, when the restaurant was closing, but we were told where we could still get some night snack (the famous Lanzhou beef noodles, very tasty) about 12min. walk along the river to the left. The hotel has a nice rooftop restaurant, where one can enjoy a panoramic view over the city. A bus stop right in front of the hotel, or an easy catch of a taxi makes getting around town easy.

River view rooms are bigger and have great view! Other rooms lacked a fridge besides being a bit smaller. It's a bit far from the main shopping area, but you can take the 'hello' bikes and ebikes outside the front of the hotel. Good location if you are going to the train station, Lanzhou traffic is bad!!! Bar/cafe on the roof, too hot for us to try, but looked great.

We stayed in the hotel during our trip to Xian, made a stop on the travel way back. The check in was perfect and fast, the reception team very helpful and friendly. The room has a nice river view and a good bed. It’s well designed and has what’s needed, it would be nice to add the bath robe though. Breakfast is also good.

The room was superb. The hotel is relatively close to West Station. In the surroundings there are not many restaurants, better ordering food to the room.

我是亞朵酒店的會員
但是發現在攜程上買比會員還便宜
這次真開心，攜程上做活動，果斷下單
他們家的環境讓我很舒服
屋子大大的
可以看到黃河
你能想到的配置都有
洗衣房，乾衣機健身房
水什麼的從來都不會摳摳索索的
停車場挺好的停車很方便
有個小朵會給送快遞，很開心
他們家的屋子裡有茶水，還有咖啡
他們家的自助早餐非常豐盛
見了客人都會打招呼
會主動問吃不吃餛飩之類的

從進門前的兩張房卡，到房間裏的水果零食，再到桌子上寫着温馨祝福的賀卡，無一不透露着酒店服務的細節和熱心。細節決定成敗，我想，亞朵這種真正能夠替客人考慮的態度，才是他如此受歡迎的原因吧。
當然，還要提一下位於頂層的餐廳，夜景無論怎麼拍都很出片！
