這次選的酒店太讓人驚喜了！入住時前台小姐姐笑容特別温暖，主動升級了房間。一進客房就被窗外的城市夜景吸引，床品柔軟得像睡在雲朵裏。細節處處用心 從硬件到服務都滿分，絕對是物超所值的選擇，下次來這座城市一定會再住這裏！

The hotel is fully equipped and brand new, air conditioning, hot water is stable, the network speed is smooth, the TV and bathroom supplies are fully equipped, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and the rest is very comfortable. The front desk staff is warm and caring, the check-in is efficient and fast, and the cleaning staff also take the initiative to say hello. 這次出行體驗感拉滿，我們來的早給我們辦了入住而且還免費升了房型，酒店裡麪環境安靜舒適環境優雅，設施設備齊全現代化好用，服務超貼心，從辦理入住時的熱情接待，到入住期間有求必應，前台的每一個細節都讓我感到温暖。房間佈置温馨，床品舒適，衞生打掃得很到位，一進房間就覺得乾淨又安心。位置也特別好，房設施都是智能客控，位置便利近火車站，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全，出行超便利。真心推薦給大家，下次我肯定還選這兒！五星好評

環境乾淨，離地鐵站和公交站比較方便，出行很容易，旁邊購物的廣場也是有的，然後飲食的話也比較OK，離旅遊景點也比較近，都有直達的地鐵和公交，不用換乘什麼的也是很方便的，房間衞生也很乾凈，打掃人員很熱心，前台服務人員非常熱情，還有免費的耳塞和護手霜，這一點就非常的不錯推薦推薦

剛從蘭州出發，本次出差住的這家IU酒店很喜歡，設施裝修新，科技感強。位置好，在一個科創園，附近有肯德基，服務滿分到店給免費升級了房間，進去房間衞生乾淨，房間配備的洗漱用品也很標準，面積大網絡好，酒店大堂有電梯，安全舒適，洗澡水很熱，這個季節蘭州入住也不冷，前台免費給送行李到房間，在房間可以看到整個園區，樓下吃的多還有放哈甜胚子奶茶，推薦一下。

Location is excellent - easy walking access to food stalls, shops, yellow river & the iron bridge. The metro station is also a short walking distance from the hotel - easy access to the High Speed Rail Station. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Assistance is readily available. Our room is clean with the shower heater functioning well (very important to us as the weather was very cold in December). Will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and relatives visiting Lanzhou.
