Hôtel très propre et chambre spacieuse . La literie était excellente et l’hôtel peu bruyant. Le personnel était souriant et au petits soins. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Overall very average, room was extremely hot, the bed uncomfortable as the springs were poking through the mattress, best thing was the bathroom.

This hotel has a bar, restaurant and free parking. The rooms are bigger than other budget hotel chains. The breakfast was good, including hot scrambled eggs and bacon. I would recommend to friends to stay here.

While the location was good for a stopover heading back from SW France, the room was poor and like a cheap motel. Very shabby and dated. Paper thin walls, sound of a tap being turned on and off all night and room very hot with no air con. Also black mold on corner of bath. Overall a very depressing room. Would not stay again. Can’t see how it’s 1 star let alone 3.

The welcome was lovely, the receptionist who spoke lots of different languages was really nice.
Only criticism was the lady who was maitre 'd of the restaurant - she was trying to do the job alone, which was not possible as she was not giving all of the patreons her full attention

After a torrid journey via Eurotunnel on July 22nd we arrived 3 1/2 hours late at 8pm. Such was our disappointment with the hotel that even after that we found it impossible to stay in such a shabby hotel. Awful (and dangerous) walkways and stairs of worn and torn rubber (video available) the room was cramped and stuffy on a very hot day with no air conditioning and we could not face even a one night stay. We contemplated driving on but luckily found a nearby alternative - at a price! We are £67.16 (plus tax!) out of pocket and would be reluctant to try Campanile again. Richard Cooper

Literally a few steps from the inner city train, this was the perfect place to crash after a long day of traveling. Warmly greeted at reception, our room was spacious, clean and someone had thoughtful turned the a/c on to greet us on a hot day. Shower hot, great pressure. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Comfy bed. Kettle and coffee/tea supplies in the room as well as a small fridge. Windows open. Wonderful buffet breakfast the next day, at your cost. Eggs, fruit, yoghurt, jams, croissants, breads, etc. Two thumbs up!

The place is nice, there's a tram station right there. Recommended for short stays. The wifi never worked for us, doesn't seem enough for everybody so it's shows available but doesn't let you connect. In general, for the price it is good.
