Stayed here one night while in town on business. Hotel seems pretty new, furnishings are not ”worn” or tired looking. Staff is very helpful, and they all seem to genuinely enjoy working there. Stayed in a king bed suite and it was very large - full kitchen, sitting area, bed area and bathroom (with a door separating the toilet/shower area from the vanity). Room was clean and comfortable. They offer a basic breakfast each morning - more than enough to put something in your stomach before you head out for the day. On Wednesday evenings they also offer an evening reception which has a full meal (spaghetti and meatballs the night I was there) as well as complimentary cocktails (beer, wine). It was a really nice touch and well done - easily enough food put out for you to avoid having to go to eat somewhere for dinner. They have an outdoor seating area as well which I am sure is wonderful when the weather is warmer. I would definitely stay here again. (side note, if you need a restaurant nearby, LaPerla right next door is fantastic, but note that they only accept cash, regardless of what you might find otherwise on the internet).

Trip to Visit our children Convenience of location is important to us. Nice people here. Clean and comfortable.

The service is very good, the room is clean, bright and spacious. There are outlets, Costco and other business districts nearby, but the breakfast is a bit simple.

The room with two double beds looks good and clean, but it is a bit inconvenient to have a shower without a bathtub. Very quiet, American breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly.

Stayed for 1-night and a wonderful stopover experience as usual with Best Western. Very warm and friendly welcome from the 2 ladies at the front desk. Seeing we have luggage they gave us a room on the ground floor as there was no lift, car boot to room. Hotel was spread widely but has great WiFi cover. Room was a 2 bedder but a little tight with a misplaced dining table and 2 chairs. Otherwise well furnished with a microwave, fridge, TV and very comfortable beds with choice of pillows. Very clean too. Breakfast is great with hot food in a spacious setting. Well worth the stay and value.

This was an average what you would expect Hotel like a Hyatt Place, or Fairfield Inn. the King room was comfortable enough with a very good TV, microwave and Mini Fridge. The room had decent lighting and the King Bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were very soft. If you wanted housekeeping service, it had to be asked for. We did not utilize the indoor pool nor the hot tub and the exercise room was extremely small and cramped with some hand weights, medicine balls, an elliptical, treadmill, and stationary bike. Breakfast which was from six to ten was average with egg, a meat, sometimes potatoes or biscuits, two waffle makers, yogurt, cereal, fruit, mini muffins, breads for toasting. There was 24-hour coffee, and tea. Betsy checked us in, answered all the questions that we had and was very pleasant. Check in and checkout was quick and easy, and you could also check in digitally. the price was fine for our three night stay. even though signs were up for mandatory distancing and masking, that was not the case.

We were quite disappointed and troubled with our stay this time. The conditions at this location are unbearable. We are concerned about other guests experiencing what we did. When I made the initial reservation there was no indication that the Embassy Suites at the Dulles North Loudoun, Virginia was under a major renovation. Please be advised that the location is shared by the newly renovated (Hilton's affiliate) hotel ”Home Suites”. We checked in at the Home Suite side and assigned a room on the Embassy side. We were shocked at this, given the fact the it was under construction. We found the room to be clearly outdated, dingy and inadequate. The noise level from the construction was unbearable. Obviously, there were no amenities on the Embassy side and had to walk next door to Homes Suites. Also not disclosed, was the newly imposed $7 parking fee. When I questioned the fee, we were told that it was a new management decision. Obviously hotel management knew that the rooms on the Embassy side were in need of upgrade. Why were we not offered a room in the newly renovated Home Suites or other options is troubling. The people at the front desk did not offer that or any other options. In fact, they were rather unprofessional and unhelpful. We have stayed at this location several times before and are longstanding Hilton members. We found the whole experience quite troubling and unacceptable for any traveler. Hilton’s failure to disclose to customers major changes to facilities and not offer suitable options is major concern for travelers.

Wonderful place to stay if you are leaving from dulles or have any other reason to be in the area. Clean, large room, very quiet. The staff was superb, and the breakfast was very good. Real food, not pre-packaged pastries. They are pet-friendly. When I come back into the country, I will be staying here again!
