"The booking and check-in process was smooth. The staff were all warm and greets every time we passed by. They are nice to speak with. However there’s a few mins of waiting time when calling the Housekeeping line but overall the stay, the food and experience was excellent! Would definitely book and stay there again! 💖✨"

"la piazza can accommodate large crowds that's why it was chosen by our organizers to hold an event here. the 300+ participants were pretty comfy in their seats while we lectured on the chosen topics. our room has big enough space where we could freely walk around the room. the air conditioning unit works just fine.our twin beds and crisp linens helped us get good shut eye for two consecutive nights. what was really a nuisance was the cramped bathroom. there was no hooks where we could hang our clothes & towels. the water took at least more than five minutes to become warm before we could start to shower. the TV is difficult to operate. wifi is fluctuating it could not be relied upon. i used my own data to send my emails."

Overlooking Ayala Mall and just opposite crossing is LCC Mall. 5 stars for Legazpi Tourist Inn as we got good service from the staff through the kindness of Ms Jinky Beren at the front and Darren. Nice view of the city center with a cafe at the 3rd floor service hot food and coffee. Will book LTI on our next visit again to Albay."

"The Apple Peach House has a terrace in each floor with a good view of the Mt. Mayon. Rooms are spacious, cool AC, working showers with hot and cold water. There is drinking water dispenser in every floor. They also serve breakfast that goes with the cost of the room. Please note that the building has no elevator and at the time of my visit the phones are not working so you cannot call front desk should you need anything from them. Apple Peach is a few meters from the Albay Cathedral and a park. Public transport is also available nearby."
