Premier Inn Leicester City Centre

Lokalizacja jest idealna, ale standard pokoi jest zróżnicowany. Kilka miesięcy temu mieszkałem w odnowionym pokoju bez wanny, ale z prysznicem. Tym razem chciałem tego samego rodzaju pokoju, ale umieszczono mnie w pokoju dla niepełnosprawnych, który miał bardzo silny chemiczny zapach, a warunki w łazience były naprawdę złe z pleśnią i kolorem. Próbowałem zmienić pokój, ale nie pozwolono mi. Powiedzieli, że mogą przenieść mnie tylko do innego pokoju dla niepełnosprawnych, nawet jeśli zapłaciłem tę samą cenę za odnowiony pokój.

Kiedyś lubiłem ten Premier Inn, ponieważ byłem bardzo zadowolony z mojego poprzedniego pobytu. Jednak tym razem przydzielono nam pokój na niskim piętrze i nie odnowiony. Kiedy poprosiłem o zmianę pokoju, poproszono mnie o poczekanie w holu do 15:30, podczas gdy czas zameldowania wydrukowany w potwierdzeniu hotelu wynosił 14:00. Podczas pobytu nie było sprzątania pokoju ani uzupełniania przyborów toaletowych, co sprawiło, że nasz pobyt nie był wygodny. Zdjęcia nr 1 i 2 przedstawiają pokój nie odnowiony, a zdjęcia nr 3 i 4 odnowiony.

I was there April 19-22. Comfortable beds. Lungy and nice. As usual good service at breakfast. A special thanks to Paula.

Stayed there for first time this weekend. Right in the heart of the city centre near transport facilities. On a high floor so very quiet. very nice comfortable room and extremely comfortable bed (as usual).

This is my go-to hotel when staying in the city. Location is brilliant and the staff have always been very helpful. This was my first occasion staying in a Premier Plus room 804! Wow. The room is a big upgrade on a standard room. The standard rooms are great but the Premier Plus just have the extra little luxuries that make a stay so much nicer! Whole room was spotless and quiet. I will be staying in a premier plus room again. Reception staff on this visit couldn’t do enough to help, including answering questions about the room amenities.

I spent one night at Premier Inn for a business trip. It's easy to find by road and right next to the train station if you're travelling by train. Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was excellent and Wi-Fi was good. Everything was spotlessly clean. Car Parking available.

Had a really nice time with the missus as we had to attend a family function in the city . Stayed in room 904 for a couple of days and loved the location. Right in the centre of Leicester. Bed was comfortable and room was lovely. The staff we really helpful and knowledgeable and I will be coming back again as we are frequent visitors to Leicester. Only slight problem was a leaking tap that wouldn't turn off in the bathroom, but their maintenance guy Ashley was brilliant coming straight away and sorting it out in no time. Lovely lad and a real hard worker. Made sure everything was fine with us before going. Hope he gets recognised for all the hard work he does. In a nutshell. Need to be in the city stay at this place.

Premier Inn always at high standard but this is a really good and efficient one, and super quiet too. The staff at Leicester City were fantastic. In particular, I’d like to thank the cleaner Sabrina who went above and beyond to help me with a request. I was staying on 7th floor and she got me some softer pillows, sweet little chocolates and was so kind.

Great stay and perfect location. Staff are professional and accommodating. I’ve stayed here a few times and Natalie always goes out of her way to ensure I have a great experience. She is very professional and attentive, with great attention to detail. She remembers details from previous stays and always strives to make sure you have an enjoyable stay and the best experience possible. She exhibits excellent customer service and goes above and beyond the call of duty. On my last stay, Sabrina went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed in my room. She showed great customer service, was very attentive and accommodating and exceeded expectations.
